This is not a hotel to stay . This is a wedding venue. Lot of noise. You couldn't sleep.
Location of this hotel is just around the corner of most popular destinations.
Hotel is quite old and washroom amenities are dirty and old. Bed haven't changed even though I asked them. No sign for reception as it was on second floor. They have banquet hall, which is so noisy while sleeping with their party guests. 250 is mentioned for room service, which is not friendly with any of our requirements. Breakfast options are just simple. Oily and unhygienic.

The only one courtesy in the hotel booking which took please was slight early arrival was granted by the hotel staff to me.
- The issue starts with the team at the Treebo call center who tend to be very mechanical in their response, before they can find solutions to questions they respond with No!
- On the main day when I am attending the event the water supply was disconnected due to a tank break and it took multiple hours during crucial morning day time to rectify it when all guests in the accommodation were repeatedly told it will be fixed in 30 mins. Apparently it was our problem that we were not prepared for this unforeseen event and not the management's foreseeable preventive maintenance that was not done by the property.
- It was a given that I asked for the hotel's management for compensation for this as it was totally not acceptable. The hotel staff provided 4 bottles of water to freshen up in the mean time.
- When I spoke with the owner from the accommodation, I was told no compensation as I have taken the service already by being in the room and that if I had left by 11-12 noon they would consider compensating me. When I asked them in their language to explain how they plan to compensate on the "service" not provided with the water outage which I have paid for there was no answer.
- Tried explaining this to the Treebo support team (can be only contacted on whatsapp) mechanical like they are, they kept replying to give them a contact number to contact on and their service policy of 30 mins to provide feedback is still pending its been over a week. I told them what number to contact me on, time and date but no one has contacted me and basically they just made money from a customer.
- When the water connection was restored it was such a mess attached pictures for your reference, should I be paying for such an experiences? I will let people who read this review decide.

The manager was helpful and efficient.
The bathroom was leaking from the floor above, onto the electrics of the hot water geyser.
The hotel was two floors up with no working lift

i called them 3-4 times for water still they didn't provide it . then i did blinkit just for water
All is good, the location is good,but the property is not good
Breakfast has limited options. May be Bread Toast and fruit juices can be added. Food is good. Very accomodative staff.
