Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit fehlender Dachterrasse ab Oktober

Dieses Hotel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen! Personal & Servive hervorragend, Essen, Getränke, insbesondere das Frühstück hervorragend. Würden wir immer wieder buchen. Sicherlich das Beste Hotel auf Capri! Kompliment - weiter so

Cons:

Leider war auch ein Grund für dieses Hotel die tolle Dachterrasse, von der man einen genialen Blick hat und toll entspannen kann (hätte können). Diese ist leider ab Oktober geschlossen ,was wir nicht wussten und wirklich ärgerlich war. Das wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen, wenn booking.com oder das Hotel selbst darauf verwiesen hätten. Capri lebt vom Draußen sein und die fehlende Dachterrasse war ein echter Minuspunkt! :-/

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer touristischen Pulsader. Unser Zimmer lag nach hinten heraus, morgens hörte man schon früh die Angestellten, die Glasflachen in Müllcontainer entsorgten. Zu laut!
Das Gennaro Restaurant im Hotel empfanden wir als überteuert. Auf Capri gibt es viel bessere Restaurants.

We loved our stay at La Palma… the sanctuary in the heart of Capri
Pros:

Beautiful decor and color scheme … although the main lobby could use a little more interesting lighting / plants/ decor so all the furniture and tables are not at the same level through the room. Loved the patio and dining areas!

Cons:

The bathroom was awkward in our room ( 203) and didn’t seem 5 star quality to me.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous location - highly recommend!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, exceptional service and stunning rooms.
The pool and spa are fantastic, restaurants are also amazing too! You are made to feel very special by all of the staff who go above and beyond. We especially loved Alberta who really made our stay extra special.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in across the world! Highly recommend 💗
