Pros:

Właściciele byli mili i mówili po polsku. Pokoje czyste, nowe, pachnące i ciche. Na plażę było niecałe 10 minut pieszo, na plus dla hotelu, że dostaliśmy bez dodatkowej opłaty ręczniki plażowe. Po drugiej stronie budynku znajduje się główna ulica, na której są restauracje i budki z kawą i kanapkami. Bardzo udany pobyt, polecam!

Pros:

У отеля идеально соотношение цена/качество/место расположение.
До пляжа всего 5 минут пешком.
Мы жили с ребенком, у нас была отдельная смежная комната с отдельным входом и туалетом.
Уборка была каждый.
Персонал очень дружелюбный.
На последнем этаже есть отдельная кухня, если есть желание готовить самим.
Рядом остановка бесплатного автобуса, который ходит в СанВорлд.
В общем, за свою стоимость идеальный вариант.

Cons:

Вид из номера был на стену соседнего отеля, это был единственный минус.

Pros:

Расположение удачное, 3 минуты до пляжа. Это городской отель без территории , чисто, свежий ремонт , хороший персонал.
Минусы: шумно, ремонт и стройка рядом , слышимость 100%, бронировала с завтраками а по итогу приехала и они их отменили без объяснений , деньги за завтраки вернули.

Overall nice stay, nice staff and comfortable bed.
Pros:

Nice family hotel, great massages, very good location close to everything.

Cons:

Construction works were loud, drilling every morning .
Glass part of the door let the light from the corridor get in.

Construction and booking failures
Pros:

Closeness to Khem Beach

Cons:

Firstly, there is construction happening all around the hotel. It is very noisy from 7.30am with mechanical equipment and dusty. The building construction will continue for months as they appear to be renovating several buildings in the street. The hotel don't give any prior warning to the noise and disturbance. Secondly, The hotel messed up our booking. They say the type of room I booked was no longer available even though I had booked it 4 months in advance and confirmed it twice before arrival. They say their messages are managed by someone who's not at the hotel. They also blame booking.com for some sort of system issue but I think it's just an excuse. Basically they didn't really care about the mess up, apart from offering a reduction in the room price. Unfortunately the whole island was booked up otherwise I would have moved to another hotel. There are plenty of other hotels on this street that seem nicer.

Amazing hotel and exceptional service
Pros:

The hotel is located in a very close proximity of one of the most beautiful beaches in Phu Quoc, in a peaceful newly developed area. The room was spotless and had everything I needed.

Mrs Maja, Mr Lai and their son were amazing hosts! Very friendly and supportive- helped me a lot when I needed some medical assistance, stayed with me as much as I needed and made sure I understood everything what doctors said. Also they were checking on me for several days when I felt unwell and I can’t thank them enough! 🙏🙏🙏
