Some corridors really smelt of smoke, but if you get a room on one that doesn’t its a very pleasant hotel! Really lovely staff.

the attitude and lies
The hotel was PERMANENTLY closed when I arrived at 8pm and nobody including Booking.com or the hotel notified me.
Hotel is PERMANENTLY closed!!
Booking.com are taking bookings for this hotel, however it has ceased to trade. What a shambles.
They accepted the full refund for free.
When we arrive for the check-in at 6 pm, the hotel mentioned that the crib for our 11 month old baby was not available (even though we had requested in advance during the booking). Also, the pool was under maintenance, which was the main purpose of our stay in Phnom penh to relax in the amenities with our little kids. Lastly, when we checked the room, it was super dirty. So we we end up not staying there, booking a last-minute hotel and asking for a full refund.

Les espaces communs sont vraiment très jolis et la piscine est superbe.
Petit bémol en revanche sur la décoration des chambres, l’agencement des salles de bain (dont les douches débordent sur les toilettes) et la luminosité — certaines chambres donnant directement sur l’immeuble mitoyen. La literie reste toutefois confortable.
Mon principal bémol concerne le staff, qui m’a, pour la seule fois du séjour, mise dans une situation quelque peu inconfortable. Ayant réservé à la dernière minute à un tarif réduit, j’ai eu le sentiment de ne pas être considérée de la même manière, comme si je n’étais pas vraiment “à ma place”... alors que l'hôtel était quasiment vide.
La chambre était spacieuse, la literie très confortable et propre bien insonorisé.
Le roof top était sale car des clients organisaient des dîners dessus laissant tous leurs déchets derrière eux.
Le personnel nettoyait a peine le rooftop.
La piscine était sale avec de nombreuse particules au dessus de l’eau et dedans.

Spacious room, contemporary and stylish. Excellent value for money with lovely rooftop pool and good breakfast.
It’s an Amazing hotel, must stay when in Phnom Penh.
