Air conditioning left a little to be desired. Single elevator meant that I often found myself waiting.

Poor service at reception. No staff at bar to get a drink, gave up after 10 minutes. Supposed to be non smoking hotel, it's not. My superior room was sucking cigarette smoke through air con. Had to remind them several times to make my room up. Dirty cups and no spoons. Sink clogged, bedside light not working, phone cable charger not working. Do not disturb sign outside room goes off when card removed. Staff all too young.

Que l ont ne trouve pas de trace de mon paiement lors du check out .après de longues recherches ils l ont retrouvé.Climatisation centralisé aucune possibilités de réglage individuel.probleme de serrure jamais résolu malgré mes demandes.enfin aucun personnel au bar de la piscine
It was a great experience with our stay here again at Monivong Clover Hotel. It was G Mekong Hotel before but everything still good. Pool was very beautiful

I emailed to say when my flight was landing, the hotel asked if I would like to be picked up. I waited an hour and no one showed. Then I got to the hotel and I waited in the lobby for 3.5 hours while the room was made up, I was early that was ok then when it was 2.30 I went and asked again about my room and they could not find my booking so I had to wait again? I got to the room and the TV would not go. They said they would fix it but they did not.
Frig didn’t work didn’t cool anything. Dirty hand marks on the walls I wiped them off. The cream lounge suite was lovely but covered in stains , not a good look.
The service was discreet and very good. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable.
The location was very convenient. Staff were friendly.
The pool was under renovations with no warning at point of booking. The breakfast was underwhelming and the milk had soured. One morning we wanted to use the gym but the floor was covered in cigarette butts. We were told it would be cleaned later and told not to smoke... they weren't our cigarette butts!.

Location was quite central, the staff was super nice and receptive. The building has quite a lot. SPA,Restaurant, Gym…. service was good and the hotel was clean.
The Gym was a warm and equipment was old. I left a sign to do not disturb which goes off when you leave the room. Didn’t want the cleaning service or anyone touching my things so I think would be nice to create a system that makes sense and works even when you’re not at the location.
