Het hotel zelf ziet er prima uit met mooie kamers en een fijn zwembad. Helaas werd ons verblijf verpest door het ontbijt: heel weinig aanbod en de kwaliteit was oké. Toen de koffie ook nog op was en we hier bij de koffiebar aan de voorkant van het hotel vroegen om koffie, moesten we doodleuk $2,50 bijbetalen. Absurde service voor een hotel, zonde van het mooie pand!
The pool was nice and the bed was comfy and it was reasonably quiet. The staff were lovely.
No vegan food at all and weren't willing to make vegan options. Gym was pretty poor.

Logement sale, chambres avec odeur de cigarette malgré l’interdiction de fumer. Petit déjeuner bâclé, ils m’ont servi un « muffin « complètement sec, qu’on pourrait bien confirmer qu’il datait de quelques jours. Pour compléter l’expérience, présence des cafards dans la chambre, on a informé le personnel de réception pour au moins nous changer de chambre, cette demande a été ignoré malgré plusieurs relances. Ce n’est pas la première fois que nous voyageons en Asie, mais la première fois qu’on est si ignoré par le personnel. Nous sommes très déçus et nous ne recommandons pas cette hôtel.
The beds and rooms was amazing, pool area great, but no one working in the pool bare and the room they call gym is not a gym. It's one broken old machine from 80', no weights. Really bad condition. Unacceptable.

Déçue. L'hôtel est vieillissant et malgré les efforts du jeune personnel, de nombreux problèmes subsistent : petit déjeuner très moyen, menues proposle pain à bagel servi était rassi lorsqu'on a commandé, la propreté superficiel dans les chambres ...bref tout est fait a l'économie et cela ce sent :(
Le prix de la chambre étant plutôt très élevé, c'est selon moi un mauvais rapport qualité-prix prix :)

Room was very nice and comfortable. Location was good.
Was offered a free room upgrade which listed a range of benefits such as - welcome drink, fruit basket, turn down services & one way airport transfer. Reception were not giving any of these, insisting they only do airport pickup and not drop off. Took a lot of arguing for them to finally agree to drop off.
There were no towels or water in the room when I checked in, had to call and request from reception.
Breakfast was not good, the buffet had no food or drinks, had to request milk and the bread and cereal were very stale, same food brought out every day if it wasn’t eaten.
