Helpful staff!
. good location for younger generation
had to text or call to speak to someone to enter or exit as you had to enter a shop to get to your room but then got used to it
The room was large, the bed was clean and the shower was really good. The staff were so friendly and helpful
We stayed on a Friday night and there was incredibly loud karaoke going on till early hours
The staff was really friendly and helpful, they exceeded all my expectations
Great place to stay for a night or two as it is quite cheap and the location isn't terrible. Also: The staff is very friendly and helpful.
As previous commenters have already pointed out - there is a karaoke bar quite close. It wasn't really noisy in the room, but you could definitely hear the music. So if you are a light sleeper definitely don't go there. The room wasn't super clean, which we didn't mind either but it should be said. Also the room we stayed in didn't have any windows.
Good location, friendly and helpful staff, good value for money.
The room had no window and the karaoke next door was pretty loud and it was difficult to sleep.
Extremely affordable room very close to the West Lake. We booked a private room rather than a bunk bed in a shared room and it was great. Clean and spacious, and stayed fresh even though there was no window. The owner was super nice and helpful. There's a laundry service. Wifi works well. The bed was comfy and there were cute fairy lights on the ceiling. There's a donut shop on the ground floor which makes the place even more awesome.
The reception closes at 10pm, and at a later hour you can contact the owner via WhatsApp to open the door but we kind of fell bad to wake him up or something so we tried to calculate the time and arrive back early. It's a really small issue though, and other than that I can't say anything bad about the place.
I rented a separate room here, for 250,000 it was very good for such a room and such a location. The owner is also always ready to give you information on any issue, and he also allowed me to store some things for free while I was riding my bike in the north. You can also buy black coffee there from a good coffee machine for only 20,000, as well as donuts.
A very basic hostel. It has all the necessary facilities. Comfortable beds with curtains, AC, WiFi, and hot water. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is not bad. For this price, it is great value for money.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town in a much quainter and more local area of Hanoi near the West Lake. Plenty of good and affordable places to eat and have a coffee on your doorstep, big room, good shower and a good AC system. The room we stayed had no window but had an extractor fan (as did the bathroom) which makes the world of difference. Friendly staff who gave a very warm greeting every time we met. Laundry at a more than reasonable price. This was the last place my partner and I stayed in Vietnam and although the accommodation was simple, it was perfect for our needs.
