Pros:

I chose the location in Villandry,to visit some chateaux out of the tourist season .
The bedroom was very small and the bathroom minute.
Breakfast was good,served by a very kind staff.
The waiter in the restaurant warmed up to us eventually,but only after serving us from the bottom of old opened wine bottles, presumably under instructions.
He had to deal with our lack of heating and the manager had turned off the heating system!
Not cool at all.

Cons:

We knew it was low season but the bar was closed,we were very few guests and the worst is that the heating system was closed down because we were the only guests on the second night.
The dinner menu is very limited, badly prepared and was nothing like the reviews said.
Of course it was out of season...
Minimalist things in the bathroom! All about saving money...
