It was fantastic. I loved the place and the attendance of the landlord.
Pros:

The place is marvellous. In the Mere City Center, everything is right down the corner. The landlord is incredible: helps with any need expressed immediately, very opened and friendly. Absolut top place in Merida and I've rented many.

La Casona de Sisal was the perfect place to experience this truly magical town.
Pros:

The location was great, close to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Best of all were the staff - we wanted to make the most of our short stay in Sisal, and they were super-accommodating, allowing us to store our bags before and after checkout. In fact, since our room was ready, they graciously allowed us to check in early. Breakfast in the restaurant (not included with room) was excellent. We very much appreciated the cooler of purified water in the lobby

Cons:

On seeing the layout of the hotel, we were initially concerned that noise from guests walking past our room on the outside stairway would be an issue. This did not turn out to be a problem, but with a noisy group, it might have been. The complementary coffee service was odd, limited to the evening.

La ubicación es lo mejor, cerca de la playa a unos pasos, el lugar es bonito, limpio y cómodo.

Cons:

Tiene un poco de sarro las regaderas y no salia mucha agua , así que tuve que quitarle el sarro con mi arete y todo súper bien después.

Perfect location so close to the beach. Lovely helpful staff all the way through. Will definitely book again

Cons:

Their restaurant works on odd hours. One day we were able to grab lunch at noon, the next day the kitchen hen had closed just before noon. Go figure. lol

Pros:

The location. The staff. The ambience.
The bird watching with Juan
The view from the room overlooking the lake
The gardens.
We liked it so much we doubled our stay and cancelled following booking on another destination on Aitilan

Cons:

Minor, but whichever way you approach, lots of steps
Wondering how we would carry bags up to the road when we left... But staff carried them for us, so no problem

Nous avons réservé pour 2 nuits une Suite Deluxe. Très bien situé par rapport à la plage.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une Suite mais c’était plutôt une chambre standard ! Le salon (tel qu’indiqué dans la description) était plutôt une simple chaise additionnelle. Pas de cafetière dans la chambre, pas de savon pour le corps, pas de petit bar ou réfrigérateur, pas de verre dans la chambre et aucun verre à la réception non plus, le personnel n’a pas fait le ménage de la chambre (alors qu’il y a une petite enveloppe pour le pourboire bien en évidence ) le restaurant de l’hôtel était aussi fermé donc pas de possibilité d’y prendre le petit déjeuner,
La piscine est minuscule.
Le service du personnel à la réception est très inégal ( tout dépendant de la personne au poste) : variant de l’indifférence totale à une personne aimable et souriante. Rien de grave dans tout cela, mais ça n’a pas rencontré nos attentes d’une suite Deluxe !

Vorrichtung für Hängematten vorhanden.

Zimmer nicht so, wie gebucht. Aber schnell Lösung gefunden.
