Booked for 3 nights, 2 bedrooms apartment, it’s actually 1 bedroom but they convert the living room for another room, so no living room/dining area. I love the facilities & security within the property - you only can access it with the access card, even to the outdoor pool, limited to 1 person, you could ask another 2 extra with the front desk. There’s a family mart at the lobby near the entrance of the pool, open up early till late, super convenient!
Wished the property management of this apartment provide the basics, like toilet paper, trash bin in the kitchen & propane tanks, dish soap, and tea towels.

There is no mention of the deposit being required to be cash, or the complete lack of “standard” hotel amenities including drinking water!
Once you chat with them on Whatsapp they tell you about all of the amenities being absent except for towels and bath soap.
When we arrived at the hotel we had to wait for the PIK Gold Coast representative to arrive and escort us to our room.
He informed me I could not pay the deposit by credit card, and only took cash. At this point, evening, I expressed concern about checking out at 2:30am that same night. How would I receive my deposit back?
He told my wife and I not to worry, that we could just call the numbers he gave me, and someone from the admin team would meet us and return the deposit.
Not all of the beds have sheets, so I ask for sheets. I also ask for the wifi, which was given to me, although the password was incorrect.
In the morning we woke up and got ready to check out. I called and texted all four numbers I had been given, and none of them answered. I dropped off the key in the drop box, as per his instruction, and then left.
Finally they responded to my chat messages, hours later, to say they didn’t know I was leaving so early. They played the blame game saying I never let them know, and said they can’t send me the money electronically unless I have an Indonesian bank. Then they ask if I have an Indonesian friend they can send the money to.
They ask if I want a credit for next time. Why would I want a credit?
We appreciated the family apartment with 2 rooms for an affordable price including the beautiful large well-groomed pool area attached. The location also was great for the people we needed to meet with. We will stay here again!
