Good and Bad Experience
Pros:

Hotel is very good Room, Sevice , Food is good some Staff Behaviour and service is also good but Manager is very rude. His behaviour is very bad. No body came to carry luggage during check out time.

Cons:

Specialy Day Shift Manager was very rude and arrogant person. I was just requesting for 1 hour extra Chek out time. Every places hotels Check out Time is 12 PM but here is 11 PM.

There is need to confirm your schedule before here staying.

Manger behaviour is punishiable.

Cons:

In that much of price beak fast could have been included.Even there was no tea bag sugar bag etc except the kettle.At least for making tea those items could have been incuded.

I recently had a very troubling experience with this property that I feel compelled to share. Upon our arrival, the atmosphere was immediately unsettling, and I genuinely felt unsafe. The owner outright denied my booking and instead demanded cash payment, which was not communicated in advance.
What added to the discomfort was the presence of aggressive individuals who seemed to be associated with the property; they were acting more like hired “gundas” than hospitality staff. Given the circumstances, my group and I made the decision to forgo checking in as our safety was a primary concern.
Despite our clear communication about our discomfort, the staff refused to let us leave until we paid in cash for a service we were not comfortable taking part in. This was highly inappropriate and put us in a distressing position where we felt trapped.
I cannot emphasize enough how unsafe and unprofessional this experience was. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to think twice and prioritize their safety. It is simply not worth the risk.rty a
