Pros:

The pub atmosphere was good

Cons:

The beds were hard, the walls are paper thin, the food wasn't that great, carpet tiles in the pub are lifting

Lugar perfecto para alojarse,
Pros:

La atención prestada por el trabajador español que tenía el turno desde las 15:00 hasta las 23:00 h.
Superamable, cordial, atentísimo, gran profesional!!
Además el pub tenía mucho ambiente, pasamos una tarde muy agradable.

Cons:

Nada, todo perfecto, incluso la cena, una carne buenísima y muy bien cocinada.

Fijne plek om te verblijven met vriendelijk personeel. Maar kamer kan wat schoner en servies kan beter.

Cons:

We misten iets in de badkamer om onze handdoeken aan op te hangen. Geen haakje of stang. Ook werden de kopjes in de kamer niet verwisseld voor schone. En waren in de ochtend alle bordjes en schaaltjes in de gang op voor ons ontbijt. Daarnaast lag er veel stof achter de tv op de grond.

Bon établissement à Otematata proche de Mt Cook. Restauration au pub incroyable.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement. La chambre était propre. Des couverts sont mis à disposition ainsi qu'un micro-ondes dans le couloir.
Mentions spéciales pour le pub où la nourriture est excellente, je ne peux que recommander.

Cons:

On sent un peu les ressorts du matelas et il manque une couette, je me suis servie du dessus de lit. Notez qu'il n'y a pas de table, ni de chaises dans la chambre.

A hotel with a good bar restaurant that didn’t follow through to the accommodation side.
Pros:

The adjoining pub and restaurant was good and the food excellent also experienced friendly waiting on staff.

Cons:

Room looked out onto a wall so was both dated and dingy. The housekeeping staff worked from the most chaotic room I have ever seen and they were all very young and couldn’t answer the most simplest of questions. We were on a bike journey and there was no under cover storage for bicycles, luckily it didn’t rain.

Excelente, volvería sin duda y el restaurante 10/10
Pros:

Buen lugar, habitaciones un poco antiguas pero el baño estaba remodelado y todo se encontraba muy limpio, toallas eran nuevas. Muy cómodo tener el restaurante en el mismo lugar y la comida exquisita, buenas porciones y preparaciones realmente recomiendo la comida y además el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Lo único que podría decir es el ruido de la habitación de al lado ya que tienen puertas que “conectan” las habitaciones entonces el ruido y conversaciones de los otros pasajeros se siente mucho, pero no fue hasta tarde por lo que no fue un gran problema.
