Everything was really good, food, atmosphere, the big pool, sun loungers availabilty and all guests were nice, quiet, and respectful.
There were some times that there was Karaoke or loud Zumba classes while we were just trying to chill in the pool, but it's really not a big deal, and I guess some people like it...

The staff are amazing so nice and polite! Very welcoming 🙏
The sunbeds were not very comfortable, also the fact that the staff had to remove towels from the sunbeds before 8 causes trouble for the guests.

The only thing that we didn't love was the room a/c, it was a bit weak, not getting the room adequately cold. Beside that, lovely hotel, nice facilities, good breakfast and super nice staff.

I liked the view, helpful and kind staff, the silence of the place, the pooll.
The food in the evening is average. The entertainment is not so good. The are just 4 coffee capsules in the room free of charge for the all days of your stay.
