Great location, quiet. Good for ur budget.
Pros:

How close it was to the bus station going into the city and the airport. That part I did really like. The host was very quick to reply which I also like

Cons:

The door lock was a bit challenging to open but once u get the hang of it, 'twas all good.

Excellent for a layover.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and spacious. It had everything you need for a good night's sleep during a layover in YYC. The place was clean and cozy during the night.

Pros:

I requested to change the initial booked room, and I was given a much better room, although I had to pay more

Cons:

1. There was no window in the room, and it felt dampy.
2. The room had a strong odour, and had insects flying around on my very first day of check in - I reported this to the host, but they blamed it on having food in the room which I didn’t
3. The room only had table lamps - there was no actual overhead light which made the room feel very gloomy

Cons:

Couldn’t find the light in the lounge, and appreciated the milk in the fridge but would have enjoyed a little more choice in the complementary cuppa tea/coffee department, with availability of sugar too

Pros:

There was no breakfast. Location was 15 minutes away from where I had to go the next day, hence why I chose to stay.

Cons:

I received the "check-in" instructions late. I arrived just after 7PM. I was standing outside the door not knowing what to do. When I called, the lady who answered was not very friendly. She kept asking me if I received her instructions. I wouldn't have called if I did. The house is very old, which is fine. However, there was no TV in the room. There was no AC, not even a fan. So, it was very hot in the room. Also, the WIFI stopped working after 12MN that I was not able to finish the work I was doing.

My stay was exactly how I wanted it, cozy and calm!
Pros:

The apartment was very clean and taken care of, the environment was really nice and quiet. The owners were very responsive to the concerns and quick in response as well. The toilet is very clean and taken care of, the rooms as well

Cons:

I just feel the bathroom downstairs can be better but the bathroom upstairs is perfect!
Asides that, everything else is perfect!
