the location was in a spot that was close to bars/clubs which was nice and there was also plenty of place nearby to go eat
Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations we had based on the information and photos presented online. From the moment we arrived, we did not feel particularly welcomed. The individual at the front desk appeared dismissive and unaccommodating, which made the check-in process uncomfortable. As guests, we value a courteous and professional reception, and this initial interaction set a disappointing tone for our stay. Upon entering our room, we were further concerned to find that it did not match the condition or appearance as advertised. The room had a noticeable odor that made it unpleasant, and the overall cleanliness was below what we would reasonably expect, especially considering the rate we paid. Certain areas appeared insufficiently cleaned, which raised concerns about general upkeep and attention to detail. We chose your property based on its advertised standards and reputation, and we were disappointed that our experience did not reflect those expectations. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues to ensure future guests do not encounter similar problems.
