I left without staying there.
Cons:

They charged the full room fee upon check in. It felt like a motel. The rooms were very clean but did not look as advertised. The locks and door handle were coming off the door to my room and the room opened directly towards the parking lot. The A/C was dated and didn't work very well. I was in for a conference and I, ultimately, did not feel comfortable, left without sleeping there, and checked into a different hotel.
