Phenomenal - superb view superb wildlife experience and super helpful staff. Big huge thank you to William and Brian.
Pros:

For seeing wildlife up close and getting to feed the monkeys - it’s unreal. I saw more wildlife in this hotel and the surrounding area than i did my entire holiday

Great stay!
Pros:

Amazing location if you want to spot the wildlife. We saw so much! Monkeys, sloths, lizards and birds. The balcony is great for a sunset watch. Close to some lovely restaurants. Close to national park and beach.

Cons:

Little things like salt and pepper would be very handy! The nearest shop is quite a climb up the hill, obviously not at fault of the property but just a warning to anyone if you struggle with steep hills.

Pros:

Buena ubicacion. Cocina equipada. Muy linda vista del mar y parque de Quepos. Se observa mucha fauna en el propio lugar. William excelente anfitrión, muy amable y siempre predispuesto a enseñarnos sobre la flora, fauna y cultura de Costa Rica. Es un lugar muy recomendable.

Had to be one of the best views in Manuel Antonio.
Pros:

We were in Room 9 which had a large, beautiful patio overlooking the sea. The property was in hillside in the jungle. Saw many animals! Especially liked the Monkeys. Property was easy walking distance to several excellent restaurants. Also just a 20 minute walk to the beach.

Cons:

The property itself had no restaurant or bar. The pool didn't have enough lounges for the guests. No food or drinks are allowed in the pool area. Aside from the patio, room 9 was very basic - more what you would expect in a hostel. There was a kitchen, but you had to go outside and enter it through a different door. Lots of ants in the kitchen, even though we never left food out. Kitchen appliances were minimal

great place to stay and relax!
Pros:

A very comfortable room, separate kitchenette, patio with fantastic view! The staff is amazing! They care about everything: clients, rooms, plants and animals around! You can feel the care for customers in everything. A lot of animals around: monkeys, agouties, sloths! One rainy evening we have found a sloth on our patio. The staff helped us bring him back to nature! The presence of a pool also turned out to be a huge plus!

Vista al mar, atardecer increíble!
Pros:

Vista panorámica IMPACTANTE desde la habitación.
La atención de William fue siempre cordial y amable, recibió nuestras valijas antes del check in (7 a.m.) y rápidamente nos consiguió tour con guía oficial para PN Manuel Antonio al llegar!!

Stunning views
Pros:

Beautiful view of the ocean, close to the beach and 4 mins from the national park. Sufficient equipment to self-cater. Good a/c and fan. Friendly, helpful staff. Great nature spots including their resident sloth!

Cons:

Walk to beach is down steep road with busy cars but is a short walk and you can always drive if concerned (free parking).

Tolle Begegnung mit den Tieren in guter Lage zum Strand und dem NP.
Pros:

Für uns war schön die Affen auf der Terrasse zu füttern, man hat eine gute Aussicht da sich die Anlage am Hang befindet. Nettes Personal- Danke William!

Cons:

Es wäre schön gewesen wenn in der Küche ein Kochfeld gewesen wäre und vielleicht auch Töpfe. Es steht nur eine Elektrische Pfanne zur verfügung.

Super helpful host, gorgeous ocean views, and great location!
Pros:

We had an amazing time while staying Villas de la Selva. Great location, surrounded by everything what's needed - shops, restaurants, close to Manuel Antonio Park, and the Espadilla beach. Absolute winner was the ocean views from the balcony and sunsets! Also, accidentally we forgot at the property one of the earplugs and they organised bringing it back to us to San Jose which was massive help and extra-step which we really appreciated! <3

Cons:

There is not much to say here. There was some street noise but it's understandable as property is close to the main street. It was quiet during night time.

Pros:

View was beautiful and a good location. Nice patio. Outside area was clean.

Cons:

Inside the apartment didn’t have the extra touch that made you feel that you were comfortable. Old bedding and kitchen cooking wear. Thin and warned out towels. No access to the beach other than walking around way down the busy winding road.

Alles nichts auszusetzen, wir haben dort mehr Tiere wie in dem Nationalpark Manuel Antonio gesehen und vorallem ohne den Massentourismus :)
