had the pleasure of staying at My One Hotel, and I must say—it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a professional welcome that instantly made me feel at ease.

The rooms were absolutely perfect—immaculately clean, tastefully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the lighting was ambient, and the bathroom was spotless with high-quality toiletries provided. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to provide a sense of calm and luxury.

But what truly makes My One Hotel stand out is the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed, whether it was arranging transportation, offering local recommendations, or delivering room service quickly and efficiently. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction.

Small room, not very well maintained resulting in roaches in the rooms

Most of the things are very good. Cleanliness is good but somehow some cockroaches are there. I have not tried any in house food.

From the moment I arrived at my one hotel I knew I was in for a memorable experience. This hotel exceeds expectations in every way—comfort, service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this place has everything you need for a perfect stay.

It is an average hotel with some basic facilities.Cleanliness is an issue which needs to be taken care of.Food is not too bad.Staff is also not excellent.On the whole it’s an average hotel with the basic facilities provided.

We chose this hotel specifically because it was listed as "dog-friendly," but during the booking process, there was no mention that bringing a small dog would cost extra. Upon arrival, we were informed that there would be an additional charge of ₹1000 per night for the dog — with absolutely no added provisions like a dog bed, bowls, or anything else. After some negotiation, they reduced the fee to ₹500 per night, but the lack of transparency was frustrating.

The room we were given was spacious but unfortunately smelled bad and looked quite unclean. The bathroom had a strong sewer-like odour, making it very unpleasant to use. The sofa in the room was broken, and the seat was badly worn out on one side.

Another disappointment was with the room description. While booking, it clearly mentioned that the suite comes with three single beds, but upon check-in, we were told that they simply provide an extra mattress — very misleading.

The breakfast was very average — nothing great — and definitely not worth any additional cost. I'd rate it just 1 star.

To top it all off, during checkout, the reception staff tried to charge us for food from a time before we had even checked in! We pointed this out and refused to pay, but still ended up being charged an extra ₹70 for something they vaguely said "might be for a water bottle." (A small water bottle itself costs around ₹30, and even a single boiled egg was ridiculously priced at ₹50.)
