Pros:

The house is good for group or families. The host is nice and approachable. Bit far from city proper but not hard to get a ride.. we love the place

The owner/ property manager was retaliatory.

Odor smells filthy , food chips and dust underneath the beds some insect dropping by the TV area, need a pale of water to flush the toilet, water flow is not sufficient, the property manager was welcoming and nice but became retaliatory when we commented about the odor and droppings, and tried to charge us more than double claiming I disclosed the ages of 4 kids as 0 year old and 1 year old on the Booking.com website on my end though my declaration on my searches were 3 adults and 4 kids ranging 10,14,15,16 years old.
We can’t stand the situation so we had to vacate the place at dawn and find another place to stay.
We were not able to take pictures of the droppings and some filth but the owner will surely find out., it’s there.
