Great location, but wouldn’t book again.
Pros:

The location, very close to alabang town center. The receptionists were very nice. Warm water in the shower.

Cons:

The toilet seat was broken, and the toilet did not flush. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly, would only stay turned on for 15 minutes. There was little to no communication regarding instructions for check in. We weren’t even given a room number, the security guards had to call the owner. When we let the owner know about the toilet and the air conditioner we didn’t get a response until almost 20 hours later.

Good location, close to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Uncomfortable bed, lavatory not draining well. Toilet seat wiggly, no bidet.

Pros:

The location is very accessible and central, making it easy to get around the area. The unit is also complete with basic amenities, which made the stay convenient.

Cons:

The unit is quite old and has some maintenance issues. During heavy rain and storms, there was leaking and the floor became slightly flooded. The bed was also too hard, and the blanket provided was very thin—not a proper duvet. These areas could definitely be improved for a more comfortable stay.

ATC and Molito couldn't be closer
Pros:

The location across from ATC and Molito was ideal and an easy 15 to 20 minute walk from the Festival Mall Decathlon entrance or Northgate. There were a couple of minor issues which our host dealt with immediately. Her service and friendliness is second to none.

Cons:

The pool opening hours mean swimming in the evening at the end of a hot day is impossible... I didn't get to swim GRRR?

Very good
Pros:

I'd say that the place is really good and convenient to stay to as you are near to everything.

Cons:

I'd say the toilet bowl as it's not functioning well. We have to stay at the toilet for almost half an hour all the time. I was expecting for a maintenance to come but there is none.
