The Vault was great. Felt like it was our own cosy apartment rather than a hotel. Well equipped and in a good location.

Great Overnight Stay
Pros:

Well appointed room with great shower room both were modern and exceptionally clean. All we needed for an overnight stay in an area where there was easy access to a variety of bars and restaurants and only a short stroll to the town centre and gardens. Parking available in the surrounding streets and the car park opposite. Self check in was easy with clear instructions which were forwarded prior to arrival.

Nothing all good.

SUPERB !
Pros:

Immaculate room,spotlessly clean with an ultra modern bathroom. Simple check in process. Right in the centre of town within minutes of all the pubs Buxton has to offer. Cheap parking right outside the property with plenty of spaces. Will deffo be back.

Cons:

Nothing. We were warned about the music from the bar downstairs. Not an issue for us. If it bother you just drink more wine 😂

Pros:

It’s was modern and spotlessly clean with everything you need for a short stay.

Very clean and tidy immaculate bed was very comfy and modern fixtures and fittings throughout

Cons:

Traffic noise in the morning due to the room being in the front ear plugs were provided but fell out during the night would recommend a back room if staying again

Beautiful, comfortable modern room, just a bit too noisy for me.
Pros:

Very comfortable and modern room. Very clean. Staff very good communication. Easy check in.

Cons:

Unfortunately the noise from the bar below on a weekend was too much and couldnt sleep even with the supplied earplugs in. I would stay here again but only Sunday to Thursday or weekend if i wanted to actually party myself.

Great place for a one or two nights

Fun, enjoyable and memorable. Relaxed and easy to get around
Pros:

It was modern , clean and close to the town centre . Clear instructions how to access property sent via email a few days before . Warm and cozy

Cons:

Back entrance via a small alley and poor lighting at night on the pavement just outside the alley.

Great location/ accommodation but a tad noisy
Pros:

The Vault Suite was finished to a high standard & the instructions for the keys etc was spot on.
Communication before our stay was very good/ clear & they checked we understood the Suite was above a late night music bar. As promised the music stopped at 2am & it wasn't that intrusive.

Cons:

Communication before our Friday night stay was The Vaults doesn't have parking so options of Council owned car parks (like Marketplace) was provided. We all earmarked this car park but the final communication was Marketplace has a Saturday market on it from 5.30am so if we park there then you need to park further down the car park outside the Town Hall. As we all live 2hr drive away knowing this information earlier would of helped us prepare better as to where to park our cars. In the end we parked for free less than 5mins walk away in Spencer Rd .
Only other issue was (we guess) after closing The Vaults clean down & throw the empty bottles out in the enclosed area where the Suite is located so at 3am we were all woken by this. We understand this is a centre night time economy location but surely the bins can be emptied at a more reasonable hour.

Wouldn’t stay there again & definitely not on a Friday or Saturday
Pros:

It was centrally located.

Cons:

Room was smaller than I would expect for the price we paid. Bed was only double. Also having to move car all the time. One of the heaters made a terrible clanging noise when it warmed up, so hat to turn it off, which then made the room cold. Other thing on a Friday & Saturday night the music from pub underneath us, the disco music started from 9pm until 2pm. So didn’t get much sleep! Louise, the Manager sent a text 2/3 days before we arrived mentioning this, but by then other hotels were booked out or very pricey.

Immaculate room in great location
Pros:

Immaculate room, fresh comfortable well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great location with easy parking options. Very clear instructions. When I did have a query , very responsive staff.

Cons:

No info I could see about WiFi, but maybe I missed it.
