I booked this hotel just to store our luggage and shower before we catched the bus. The AC worked well.
Unfortunately, the room was not clean, the towel was still hanging on the wardrobe door. We thought someone just stayed in the room 😅. We also saw a cockroach in the bathroom as well. The room had a strange smell like musty smell, …

I evaluate this hotel is worthy around $15 enough.
I’ve lived in Vietnam for over a year now, and I know what to expect from a hotel in this price range. Other than it’s location, pretty much everything at this place was a disaster. First off, they could not find our reservations through hotels.com. We had already booked two nights and paid in full when we showed up. We pulled up confirmation emails and receipts from hotels.com and showed them to the front desk. The reception had no idea what we were talking about, claimed that they did not know what hotels.com was, and that the site had not paid them nor given them any type of reservation. Throughout the course of our 2-night stay, we were presented with a bill from reception, with prices more than double what we paid via hotels.com. Each time, we had to pull up confirmation emails and receipts from hotels.com, but still management and reception claimed they’d never heard of the website and never gotten any reservations or payments. The room we were given was not the one we had booked. It had no windows and there was trash scattered throughout from previous guests. Both mornings, we were greeted with an 8 a.m. call from reception asking when we’d be checking out! (Checkout wasn’t until 12 p.m….the following day!) We have stayed in plenty of small guesthouses, at half the price, which have been 100 times cleaner and more helpful.
In my opinion, the hotel has a great location with very competitive price! Close to My Khe Beach, Linh Ung temple and also the city which takes only 5 mins to Dragon Bridge! The staffs was helpful and friendly. The room has all the basics we need as we go out most the time!
El hotel no es viejo, las habitaciones son cómodas, pero mejoraría la limpieza. Encontramos varias cucarachas en la habitación y en la acera de la entrada vimos unas cinco ratas por la noche.
El personal no habla nada de ingles y la comunicación fue muy difícil.
Llegamos por la noche y los recepcionistas estaban durmiendo en el suelo del lobby, por lo que tuvimos que despertarlos.
El en desayuno solamente nos dieron un hueco frito, nada para beber, por lo que tuvimos que buscar un sitio después.
