Out of this world
Pros:

Everything was perfect, from us being taken from our car to the reception. The staff is always friendly and always willing to go am extra mile to meet your needs.
The place is always spotless, it smell good. 10/10

Very annoying and definitely not a full 5 star experience
Pros:

It’s nice tranquil place

Cons:

They were shooting for some Netflix show and had occupied the pool are for several hours blocking access for guests. Same with the restaurant. Wasn’t possible to turn off the light in the room due to a faulty light switch so had to cut power thru the fuse cabinet.

Cons:

Booked 2 rooms. 1 room didn’t have everything that the other had, like missing a slipper, and complimentary biscuits, also there wasn’t a turn down service when we stayed.
