We won’t be staying there again
Pros:

No breakfast available.

Cons:

Only 2 teabags and 2 bottles of water supplied in room - no coffee and even these weren’t replenished. The second morning we had no hot drinks at all. The staff weren’t about in the mornings either.

I live 13000ks away, what would you like me to say?
Pros:

I looked up motels in my own country ie. Wellington New Zealand and your motel came up. Being tired after 800 km of driving I didn't realize it was in the UK. So much for Google. I paid 144NZD then found out where you were. So I emailed you and got no answer, so I am livid and still am requesting a refund. What happened to Public Relations? Will you please answer me this time?

The Rock Inn has a lot to offer, great location, nice & quiet, comfy bed, and value for money.
Pros:

I thought the Rock Inn was great, yes some things could be improved but overall so many things I liked, it was lovely and warm, very quiet, the mattress was so comfy, the staff member very friendly, location excellent and a sense of history about the building, would definitely go back again. Value for money impressive, I feel for anyone trying to make a living out of this type of business.

Cons:

I guess the locking device on the automatic door to the outside needed fixing, but only a small matter.

A very enjoyable stay and comfortable with friendly helpful staff with prompt meals.
Pros:

Staff very accommodating .Bed very comfortable and clean . Meals very tasty and prompt service.Staff very friendly .

Carpet condition and some mould on the shower tiles .

Check this place is open before you book.
Cons:

I booked and paid for this property but when I arrived it was shut. When I phoned, it just went straight to voicemail. I had to find alternative accommodation at 9pm.

Terrible on the hotel side of things and even worse that we could not get hold of booking.com
Pros:

Nothing , we got there and it was locked up, looks like there has been nobody there for weeks

Good location but noisy place

Cons:

I found the Inn noisy. There were so many pump and fan noises it was hard to get to sleep. The room was very small and not enough room for my stuff.
I was also late for my 10am appt as despite going down for breakfast at 8.30 I didn't get my cooked breakfast until 9.15. We were told they were short of staff but the problem was that those who came down after me were served first. I won't be staying again
