The stay was good.
Pros:

The location was very good. The staff were very polite and helpful.
The room was huge. The facilities were good, needed a tissue box in the room.
The restaurant served food in the room anytime you wanted. Everything was good.

Cons:

The toilet was very small. Bad planning. Such a huge room with such a small toilet. There was no space to keep one’s own toilet bag or toiletries. No space to move around.

Pros:

Excellent stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Convinient location too. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The food was delicious. But Would have been better if there were a bit more options in the breakfast buffet.

Friendly staff and convenient location.
Pros:

Friendly and highly available staff. The distance from VAC makes it very convenient for visa appointments. They allow food delivery and location makes it very accessible for that as well.

Cons:

While the rooms were very clean, the room size and bathroom could've been more spacious.

Pros:

Excellent hotel with a great budget.rooms are very Clean and housekeeping do their work neatly. Stay was very comfortable. Food was tasty.

Okay Cheap and Cheerful stay
Pros:

The stay at the hotel was lovely, the breakfast had a small spread but very tasty. I stayed there for 3 nights and each day there was something new in the breakfast, along with the standard idli-vada etc. Very nice ginger tea at breakfast. Room was good size, with ample bed and space to keep luggage. Hot water was good, but it was not explained when I checked-in so my first shower was a cool one. Location is okay, good sound-proofing in the rooms.

Cons:

Check-in experience could be better, I called them informing I am arriving next day morning (international flight) but still there was no notes and they were asking to pay when I was on my flight! Then when I arrived I was informed that I will only pay pre-checkin and not 1 full night. I was happy but again later another staff said I have to pay full price for the night I didn't stay. Also, the bathrooms are wet one, tiny shower curtains which did not stop water. And also the concept of geyser was not explained at check-in.
