I had booked breakfast included but the staff there refused to accept it. It was a very bad response.
The apartment was clean and organized. All the air conditioners worked. So the stay was pleasant.
I had paid for the apartment including breakfast and in spite of showing the booking with all the details the staff denied me from providing breakfast. The nearest restaurant was quite far.
Large, comfortable, cosy and clean two bedroom apartment, with balcony, stylish outdoor furniture, good views, AC in all rooms,fly screens at balcony doors, block out curtains, very friendly staff, reasonably quiet area day and night, good bathrooms…..

הארוחת בוקר מוגשת רק בשעה 9 וגם אז היא עוד לא מוכנה. היו פעמים שהגענו לארוחת הבוקר והמקום היה הפוך והרצפה מלוכלכת. המיקום של המלון לא טוב, רחוק מהחופים ומהמסעדות.
הסדינים לא היו נעימים.
We booked last minute and the property is just 7 minutes drive from varkala cliff.
Staff was courteous at the time of check- in. They got us some soap and toilet paper promptly on demand. We had booked one bedroom but we got upgraded to two. However we were travelling with small kids so an extra room was of no use.
The rooms are actually just apartments. We got in and room seemed pretty okay. However the rooms seemed pretty dusty, bedsheets had stains and was ripped a bit, the flush wasn’t working when complained to the staff there was no response however I guess they switched on the motor for water to fill up. Probably that was due to lack of water. The knob of the shower was broken.
FYI breakfast is only vegetarian. It’s mentioned on the info. It was just idli, dosa, chutney and sambar. Coffee had to be ordered.
Great location, very quite during the night. Not far from beach. Friendly owner and staff, always willing to help.

We can’t say enough positive things about this stay. The staff were generous and supportive. The rooms are big clean and very affordable. Has a washing machine upstairs that we could use for free. The Tv supports hdmi cables so could watch movies on the laptop. Wifi was good! Rooms had things like cutlery, big fridge and hot showers. Ac in living room and bedroom + fans. We rented a scooter from the hotel. Paid $600 for the day. Good food and beaches around the corner. Free breakfast, but it’s the same everyday which was a bit repetitive, but nice.
Did get tired of the breakfast after the second day. But it’s free so can’t really complain. Overall loved the place!!

Spacious new apartment, good bed and linens, location is very convenient if you have a vehicle. The young staff was very proactive and helpful. Great for long stays. Breakfast veg buffet.
The linen while new, was not fresh, but got it replaced on a first request. Awkward communication with older staff. Breakfast served a bit late, starting 9.
