We chose to do our first night there only as the property is convenient as its close to the airport. The breakfast was delicious and the property is quaint & calm.
The rooms and utensils should be cleaner and the staff while young and very kind should be better trained on etiquette in a 5 star hotel especially when serving food.
The staff was outstanding, genuinely friendly, always smiling, and really made the atmosphere feel welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, and the location couldn’t be better, so there’s definitely value here.
The room setup was honestly below expectations. With updates to the bathrooms, this place could shift from “good choice” to “top pick” easily.

Le petit-déjeuner était excellent. J'ai beaucoup aimé, le style jardins Balinais. Déjeuner dans les jardins. La petite-piscine bien équipée. L'attention du personnel qui m'a véhiculé en petite voiture de golf à l'arivée au restaurant et au spa où j'ai eu un excellent massage.
La fenêtre de la salle de bain de bois, pourrait être remplacé par une vitre, sur lequel on colle un parpier style vitraux. Cela derait un peu plus de luminosité, car la salle de bain est sombre. Un très bon massage.
O nome faz jus à experiência: realmente nos sentimos em casa. Desde o momento da chegada, fomos recebidos com uma gentileza rara. Um dos colaboradores — haitiano, que infelizmente esquecemos o nome — nos surpreendeu falando português com simpatia e atenção ímpar.
Logo ao chegar, recebemos toalhas geladas, água de coco fresca e, para completar, trocaram a playlist do ambiente por uma seleção brasileira com bossa nova. Um gesto simples, mas cheio de carinho, que já deu o tom de como seriam os dias seguintes.
No nosso primeiro dia, ainda nos levaram pessoalmente para conhecer a praia — e essa atenção aos detalhes se repetiu em toda a estadia. Passamos parte da nossa lua de mel nesse hotel e saímos com o coração cheio.
Cada membro da equipe fez com que nossa experiência fosse íntima, tranquila e inesquecível. Uma verdadeira joia em Cap Cana.
Estivemos hospedados no mês de julho e é importante mencionar que as praias da região estavam com bastante presença de sargaço, o que impacta diretamente na experiência de quem busca o mar como principal atrativo. Em alguns momentos, o odor era um pouco desagradável — algo que foge ao controle do hotel, mas que vale ser considerado por quem pretende visitar a região nessa época do ano.
E acabamos cruzando com duas baratas no quarto.
