Pros:

The rooms are really pretty and clean comes w great a view. I had a great stay also the staffs are very friendly and polite. Overall a great experience 💯

Pros:

The manager kindly upgraded 2 rooms at check-in and the restaurant/bar he suggested at our request was a real treat.

Cons:

Quite noisy location, the shower didn't work well, the hotel's restaurant facilities were disappointinh, and the morning breakfast was limited.

only the manager Mr Vikram and rooftop restaurent was good.

Cons:

very untidy old facilities. staff were not properly trained. towels were very very bad and very old.

Cons:

it is not a star rated and the pics in website and real property faxilities are entirely different. toilet towel was totally useless and found hairs on bed and toilet. after informjng reception then they were ready to clean.
when i complain they excused that all such hotels are like this only and is a heritage property. i never recommend

Pros:

The location is good and staff were courteous and very attentive. We were looked after very well. All the attractions and eateries are at walking distance.

Cons:

It's next to a busy road hence there is constant traffic noise. Other than that everything else is amazing.

Great staff, improperly priced, lacked amenities. Flagged as pet friendly but no walking space.
Pros:

The staff were helpful and the location was great if one wants to be in the old city and by the Lake Pichola. The view from the room was an interrupted view of Lake Pichola but maybe that's fine because the rooftop dining space did justice to the name. It had a fantastic view of lake Pichola. In house meals were just about ok.

Cons:

The room standard and amenities definitely did not match the expectations that we had from the price. The picture of the room that was displayed during booking did not reflect the true standard of the room.There was no storage space for clothes and the door bolt was also not effective! But for the friendly helpful staff, we would not have felt safe. It was as if the room was a work in progress. Will not recommend at this price.

Booked two room lake view and standard
Pros:

Nice stay, rooms are spacious, clean bathrooms, lake view room is good. Staff was nice. Location good, overall good stay.

Cons:

No wifi in standard room and no toothbrush, slippers, extra tissue roll provided so little dissatisfied. There is a window in standard room without curtain so not sure if people outside can see inside or not. Next day rooms and bathrooms were cleaned but tea cups and sachet not provided.
