Disappointing but acceptable.
Pros:

friendly staff, convenient location (near the city center), cheap rental fee.

Cons:

the actual rooms booking status is not synced with the online platform: I booked a standard room online but when arrived the staff said they were full and offered the big rooms instead; ceiling fan is dirty, air conditioner doesn't work; even the big room is cramped: low ceiling, roughly 18m2 in total.

Cons:

Imeli smo rezervacijo. Ko smo prispeli tja (ponoci), za nas niso imeli sobe. Fant na recepciji ni znal angleško, zato je bil dogovor se toliko težji. Na koncu so nas poslali naj gremo poskusit sreco v drugi hotel, ki je bil seveda dražji in se sami smo ga morali najti. Ne priporocam!!!

Was in dire need of a place to stay last minute, this place accommodated that

Cons:

Mainly the hygiene wasn't up to standards. For a fairly pricey place, compared to other hotels around it, I'd expect a clean bed and bathroom. But both were in very poor condition and hygiene

Pros:

They were so helpful and so friendly. When I arrived there I lost my vietnamese money so they paid my grab driver for me and helped me out with everything. Super nice people. 100% recommend.
