Pros:

Было чисто очень, что редко бывает. Свежее постельное белье. Кухня тоже чистая, ну так как она находится на улице, были насекомые, но я готовила вск отлично. Хорошее освещение.

Cons:

Очень много Муравьёв, они прям колонией шли каждый день от двери в ванную комнату и оттуда на выход. Могли ползать по кровати.
За 3 дня не знала куда вынести мусор, никто вроде не приходил.

Quaint Stay - Generous Room Space
Pros:

The privacy and how the staff wasn’t hovering around. They were responsive and helpful if I needed anything via text. The room is large and comfortable. The kitchen had what a person needed to prepare and store their meals, even a blender for smoothies and toaster oven. They provided water via cooler system and a personal water picture and glasses in the room. They seem to spruce up the rooms (paint scuffs in walls) after checkouts, which is a plus - keep that up. People love to see clean walls. It’s about 10mins away from beach. Had a visit from a cute orange neighborhood cat and showed him some love. If you’re an animal lover be kind and share a few bits of food with him - don’t think he has a home.

Cons:

Construction right next door (Budi mgmt can’t control the neighbors not their fault) just would have liked to know beforehand. Insects are disturbed during construction, which can cause more challenges in managing them when seeking refuge. I noticed termites and ants, however that’s to be expected in a countryside area. Just be sure to properly treat your wood (furniture/doors) and you can minimize their presence. They mentioned a TV in listing but it was inoperable. This should be removed to eliminate the expectation. If the TV stays, at least allow for HDMI hookup to give people an option to connect their device for streaming w/ a remote. Tip: If the TV has wifi capability you’re golden. Last thing, there is TOO MUCH bleach being used on the linens (bedding/towels). I had trouble with my skin and breathing, so PLEASE decrease the amount of bleach used. You can make someone sick - remember chlorine is a chemical (too much can be harmful).

Good stay for family of 4
Pros:

Overall good stay for us , value for money , good pressure in the shower , usable kitchen , location and room.

Cons:

Cleaning was done every 3-4-5 days which was a bit difficult with 2 toddlers , but we managed with cleaning ourselves and buying toilet papier and so on . Kitchen could have been better stocked and cleaned as well with bigger chopping board but it was ok .

Schön gestaltete Unterkunft, sauber, ruhig und zum Wohlfühlen.

Cons:

Kein persönlicher Empfang. Man benötigt definitiv einen Roller oder Grab, um sich weiterbewegen zu können. So klappt es jedoch gut!

Parfait, une bulle de paix et de confort !
Pros:

Tout ! La chambre est spacieuse avec un coin salon, la décoration est belle, c’est très propre, l’endroit est calme, une cuisine extérieure est disponible avec tout ce qu’il faut ! Le homestay est paisible, on se sent comme à la maison. On devait rester 2 jours on a prolongé d’une semaine…on adore ! Merci pour tout

Ce n’est pas le premier logement que nous faisons à Bali, et c’était certainement le pire.
Premièrement, la chambre est clairement insalubre : il y a de la moisissure sous le lit et l’odeur de champignon est omniprésente dans la pièce. L’atmosphère est froide, humide et franchement inconfortable et le lit n’est pas agréable du tout.

Il n’y a jamais personne sur place pour accueillir ou aider. La communication avec l’hôte est compliquée et lente, et rien n’est vraiment intuitif : même pour trouver l’endroit, c’est mal indiqué. La route pour y accéder est mauvaise, et il y a des chiens errants un peu partout.

Nous avons séjourné dans d’autres logements à Bali qui étaient bien plus propres et soignés, avec un meilleur rapport qualité-prix. Ici, c’est vraiment mauvais : on peut trouver largement mieux pour le même prix, voire moins cher.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Quite place but still close to the main road, supermarket, laundry,easy access by Grab or Gojek.
Felt like the authentic Bali, away from the tourists.
Clean, comfortable bed, nice bedroom and kitchen (to be shared by 4 rooms).

Cons:

Construction work next door so it can be noisy between 8:00-17:00.

Superb
Pros:

Nice facilities and very quiet. We were allowed to check in earlier and the common kutchen is very useful with water dispenser.

Cons:

You need transport to go anywhere. We had a car so that was not a problem for us

Superb
Pros:

The really nice decor and open area to chill. Communal area. There is a full kitchen too. The rooms are large with great AC. Bathroom is large with nice water pressure and hot water.

Cons:

Location is hard to find & aggressive dogs in the area.
Walking at night is not an option, bring a motorbike to get around.

Water tank was empty but was refilled next morning when owner was informed
