the staffs are super rude and i will not recommend any of my frens there
En general bastante limpio, bien equipado había hervidor de agua y sobres de café, incluso la TV tenía cuenta de Netflix con la que se podían ver algunas películas
Baño bastante amplio, separada la zona de ducha de inodoro, por lo se podía usar por 2 personas a la vez
disponía de maquinas de filtrado de agua. aunque en el exterior, .
arreglaban la habitación , aunque no limpiaban demasiado.
la ubicación en una zona tranquila
aunque ubicada en una zona tranquila, requería de grab para moverse al centro (es difícil aparcar, mejor no usar coche)
habría estado bien otro baño: era muy amplio pero desaprovechado por tener zona de bañera y ducha
aparcamiento compartido con restaurante, por lo que a ciertas horas podía ser complicado aparcar al no haber sitio reservado
los apartamentos de 2 habitaciones separadas están en la planta superior, solo escaleras para subir equipaje
The room itself is pretty. I mean the wallpaper is gorgeous, the whole vibe is very trendy. It also SEEMED very well located but it was not. There was a couch, there was a large bathroom but it was overall as pictured, in a way. The only lovely thing is how nice the staff was. The guys that helped bring our bags were lovely, the laundry brought up to us was done well, they were great cleaners too. No complaints about the staff at all.
The location is godawful. You cannot easily walk from the hotel to go anywhere, it crosses an extremely busy intersection of 4 lanes of cars that NEVER SEEM TO STOP, and it is extremely dangerous to go by foot, and even to exit via a car. This was meant to be an easy area to access Georgetown on foot, and it was anything but. One of the most harrowing experiences of my life.
The hotel room itself was also not at all what I expected. Two tiny rooms, nothing at all like what we paid for as the upgrade in the photos with a couch in front of the beds.
It was tight, it was not extremely clean - mouldy, the bathroom was also weird with like a pool-like thing you had to step into (?). The pictures were extremely deceiving.
We got there and there was absolutely NO indication that the hotel was at the back. You stopped in front where the old entrance was that says LAVA MANSION and you unload there, thinking you are staying in that building. NOPE. You had to cross the back parking lot to to a smaller building.
It was hot, we were all grumpy and then we had to figure out how to get there.
Then we get there, and the bloody sign for telling us where to go, was sitting tucked away in between the vending machines and the couch. Why it wasn't installed is beyond me.
I would 100% never ever book here again.
This is not THE WORST hotel I have ever stayed in but it is certainly not a great one.
Customer service was superb. Nas (or Nazz sorry i didnt get your name), shoutout to you for being smiley from the time we checked in, to the time we checked out. She has been greeting us every time and this is what makes this place memorable.
She even checked in on us on an issue we were facing the evening before eventhough it didnt happen during her shift. Thank you for that. Please keep up the good work!

cozy little place by the beach and a nice restaurant fronting the beach. Love the big Tv with netflix and all and most importantly 2 very big and comfy beds.
Maybe some complimentary tea would be nice
The 2 saperate rooms with king beds was a pleasant surprise for my business trip.
The bathroom was spectacular but could not fill the tub. Good location and the price was good.
Perhaps a bar overlooking the sea would be nice? And maybe a gym?
Not 100% necessary but I have a workout schedule and I normally only have a drink on business trips.

Every else was excellent.
The hotel is beyond expectation. The price is so worth it because the hotel is located around the city, very clean, the environment is so cozy and situated in front of the beach.

Overall I really love this place. The room was so spacious and parking is just in front of your room. Bed was nice, plenty of pillow. Plenty of space for luggage and kids can run around the room. Toilet is big and got like a tub to use. Receptionist allow us to check in 1hr earlier maybe coz it was weekdays so not full house. I've been recommending this place to everyone.
The only problem was the water heater wasn't that hot no matter how we turn it. Even we waited longer it still doesn't get hot. It's more like luke warm or hot a while and then gone. And also for our room the toilet seat bidet got leaking, so the floor is a bit wet most of time. That's the minus point.
Parking during dinner time especially weekend may be full because there's another building that is a restaurant. So it can be full house until the restaurant close then you will be able to get your parking again.
