Great beachfront location and stylish suites, but check-in coordination could be improved.
Pros:

The location is fantastic — right next to the beach with a private access gate and dedicated car park, which made everything very convenient and relaxing. The property itself is stylish and modern. We booked the 2-bedroom suite and really liked the layout, especially the spacious design and the large bathroom, which was very comfortable for our family stay.

Cons:

However, we did face an issue during check-in when our booking was reassigned to a standard 1-room unit with two beds. This didn’t work for us as we were travelling with an elderly mum and specifically needed the extra space. It took some tense and stressful negotiation before it was eventually sorted out and we got the correct unit. Thankfully, things worked out in the end, but the process could have been smoother.
