Great value to stay
Pros:

The location was great, they had dedicated parking outside the room. Very comfortable , clean linen and all things worked.

Feel happy with the stay. Will come back one day if going to Penang.

The location is superb, within walking distance to city center and amenities. Very clean and spacious room. All the necessities needed for travellers are provided,

Narrow entry into the mansion, need to be careful when entering and exiting.

Pros:

Friendly staff, nice environment. Superb room, clean and fragrant. The best pillow and mattress. Recommended if your stay for leisure, if you come here for working, bear in mind the internet connection quite slow. Overall will surely repeat staying here

Cons:

The cable internet tv always problem. Hope the internet connection can be improved. Chanel lag when watching, Netflix account suspended due to payment problem.

Good value for money and big enough, very comfortable and I like the toilet and bath room are separate 👌👍this design is excellent!

Cons:

The shower tower was not clean enough, pls use the white and clean tower for customer to use and pls kindly prepare toothbrush for customer.

Spacious room perfect for a medium family. The makeshift bathtub was a fantastic extra touch!
Pros:

Theres no breakfast, but the proximity of the hotel with famous dining spot is close and in walkable distance.

Cons:

Just a heads up that a wardrobe and a towel bar would be amazing additions to hang our things! Also, it would be super helpful if the ironing board was already set up next to a plug point so we don't have to move it around to use it.

Fantabulous
Pros:

The room was spacious , my girls enjoyed the whole place.
The location was close by to all local attraction
Beach is just walking distance,

Cons:

The smell outside of the room is a bit weird,
fishy smell and that's a bit a uncomfortable
there is no lift for elderly who cant go via stairs

Location is good and there is a view of the beach..

Cons:

The toilet was smelling after one use as there was no proper ventilation and the sofa was not very clean. The room looked very different from what was shown while booking. There is no direct access. None of the rooms have a beach view as per the staff.
