Perfect for a stay in Dumaguete
Pros:

The place is very clean. Close from center but still very quiet. Nice swimming pool. Very securised. Perfect for a stay in Dumaguete.

Cons:

If it's mandatory to say something negative i would maybe say it's perhaps a little bit small. But still very ok

Pros:

Great location 👌 clean and the lady who arranged was awesome. Make sure to let them know if you have a vehicle. I made that mistake and had no parking. Called the booking agent or realtor and she took care of it. Awesome service. Will book everything I am here.

Cozy Stay with Great Amenities and Convenient Location
Pros:

Area:
The property is located by the bay, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. If you're heading to the wet market, the tricycle fare is 20 PHP per person.

Accommodation:
The unit is compact but well-equipped. The air conditioning is only installed in the bedrooms, so you'll need to keep the doors open to cool the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Cooking is possible, though one of the pots wasn't usable as the induction cooker didn’t recognize it—using larger pots is recommended. There's a smart TV available, but you'll need to log in with your own Netflix account.

Amenities:
The complex offers great facilities, including a gym, pool, and basketball court, making it ideal for a staycation.

The host was very quick to respond and was very accommodating. Would highly recommend and will likely return :)

Great location nice amenities like the gym pool and basketball court

Cons:

Some construction around the property resulted in some foul smell near the gate entrance but this should only be short term
