menos mal que esta en el centro de la ciudad

la ubicación buenísima, el aparcamiento esta en una parcela junto al hotel sin asfaltar, y con ruinas en paredes linderas que puede tener riesgo de caída de cualquier elemento constructivo. además al aire libre. el hotel no esta mantenido y actualizado. Esta limpio pero no cuidado. es un hotel para dormir solamente y sin buscar lujo ni comodidad. no me dio buena sensación ni al llegar ni al salir. cumplió con mis expectativa de dormir en el la zona centro una noche, pero no es un hotel para quedar mas de una noche.

No me gustó nada

Cons:

El aparcamiento privado que tiene el hotel es pésimo, tiene una puerta automática que se cerró al instante, lo que le propinó un golpe a mi coche.
El dueño del hotel en ningún momento se hizo responsable, es más, me faltó el respeto en todo momento.
Ahora tengo que hacerme cargo del gasto para reparar el coche.
Hotel pésimo y la atención de este hombre mayor, que es el dueño, peor todavía, es un sinvergüenza.
No recomiendo para nada este hotel.

Habitación tranquila
Pros:

En general todo muy bien. Tanto el personal muy amable y la ubicación genial. La limpieza buena y las camas muy cómodas. Nos encantó el tema de almacenaje para guardas cosas. La zona muy tranquila.

Por poner alguna pega, quizás más presión en el agua de la ducha.

Me molesto que me llamasen a la puesta 15 minutos antes de la hora de la salida para decirme que me tenía que ir del hotel. Cuando yo iba a salir a mi hora cumpliendo con la hora de salida.el hombre de la recepción con edad avanzada muy desagradable. No vuelvo más a ese hotel

Das Zimmer hatte eine komfortabele Grösse. Es gab einen Schreibtisch, einen Kleiderschrank und einen Kühlschrank. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt an der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Die Klobrille war kaputt, die Wasserhähne veraltet und teilweise wackelig. An der Decke gab ein bisschen Schimmel, die Informationen für Gäste waren auf vergilbenem Papier... Alles hat einen vernachlässigten Eindruck gemacht. Das Bett war extrem hart und das Schlafen war schlecht. Sehr Schade, weil die Struktur an sich ist zwar alt aber schön, inklusiv der kleine Garten. Ich hoffe, dass die Gastgeber sie mit ein bisschen mehr Liebe pflegen ;)

Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad , el hotel de las humedades.

No me ha gustado ya que nos hemos sentido engañados, ya que las fotos que hay en booking no tienen nada que ver con la realidad , y el que lo quiera comprobar con solo llegar a la ubicación del hotel ya se da cuenta que la fachada del hotel no tiene nada que ver con la de la foto. Fachada vieja , con humedades, grietas , casa muy muy vieja en el centro de Jerez. Cuando entras olor a tabaco y a humedad , y ya cuando entras en la habitación te preguntas y dónde está la habitación de las fotos ??? Un auténtico timo. Por favor quien vaya a ir que mire bien las fotos y las compruebe con la realidad . Ha sido el hotel del terror , el funcionamiento de la calefacción pésimo , wifi inexistente, sábanas , colchas y cortinas de los años 60, no pagaría ni 20€ por la habitación . En fin una y no más . Pero pediría a alguien de booking que compruebe la veracidad de las fotos .
