Habitació gran i comfortable. Com que havíem de marxar molt d'hora cap a l'aeroport, ens han preparat l'esmorzar a les 6 del matí.

Service has a lot of room to improve.

The location being close to the airport was a benefit.

Cons:

We arranged for a morning taxi via the hotel’s (lovely) reception at 03:30. The subsequent receptionist then tried to reprimand us when we came down in the morning claiming the taxi was arranged for 03:00. Completely unnecessary.

There were also opened, used bottles of water in the room’s fridge on arriving.

Good place if you need to be close to the airport
Pros:

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. They also upgraded my room for half the price. Very cool rooms with a bathroom next to the bed and a window. It's top!

Cons:

The location is really far away from Ha Noi, but close to airport.

Lovely little spot
Pros:

Good sized rooms and staff

Cons:

That people thought they could smoke in their room and out in the corridor ~ not the staff’s fault and they promptly stopped them and sprayed air freshener as it was coming into my room
