FAKE HOTEL: DOES NOT EXIST!
Cons:

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
After booking, we tried to contact the host because there was no exact adress listed. No appartment number, floor number etc. There came no reaction. Not via Booking, Whatsapp or Calling.

This is obviously a scam, so stay far away from it! Two weeks later I still dont have a reaction from Booking.com.

So far as I have been enjoying the welcoming friendly people of the philippines. But this person has totally ruïned our plans to celebrate a big festival in the city.
