Host was very friendly and welcoming. I felt at home. I liked that there was parking near the property for which I did not have to pay as I arrived and left within the free parking window.
The only this I would comment is that the room in the photo is not the room I was given. The one I used was ok but would have been nice to have a table to setup my laptop.

Excellent service. I had a comfortable and peaceful stay over there for two nights. Very safe location. All the facilities were good and clean. Owner was very helpful and kind. They provided an extra fan as it was extremely hot without even requesting by myself. I felt like as I am in my home. I will definitely recommend this place.

The room is located in a residential area nearby the local tube station.
There is an independent access with separate keys that give you the flexibility you need.
The owner is great and very helpful.
It was a very cold day and the room was warm but unfortunately the floor is tiled which was not really pleasant in the morning (or night!). A small carpet would have been great.
Also the bathroom does not have a radiator which makes it quite cold
