the room is very clean
The room is very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

room don't have television
air-conditioning are not so cool
The air conditioning is not very cold, only warm, needs maintenance.
the gym room is very hot
It is necessary to use curtains, it is not suitable to use blinds because the room faces the morning sunlight.
There is a lot more that needs to be improved for guest comfort.
Many staff are foreign (Bangladeshi) no local staff
single bed is very small not super single

Pros:

Kebersihan 10/10. Spotless during my stay. Bersih dan wangi.
Water pressure sangat ok. Ada sediakan sabun mandi dlm tandas.
Surprisingly, ada gym dan kelengkapan gym sgt ok. For long term stay, boleh masak dan ada mesin basuh juga.

Cons:

Satu iron disediakan di setiap level. Perlu pergi iron dkt tmpt yg disediakan which is near lift. Situ panas, sempit dan orang lalu lalang. Mungkin boleh letak dkt org kurang lalu.
