Excellent stay away from the crowds, easily accessible and good view of Mount Fuji if you are lucky
Pros:

We have stayed here for 2 times already and this is our second time. The service is unparelled and excellent as always. The messages sent via the booking.com chat were always replied promptly. Ogushi-san and Goto-san went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and assisted us in our other requests too.

Things we absolutely love about the place:
1. Breakfast included and is customizable according to diet preferences
2. A home away from home feel, the facilities though almost 2 years old are very well kept.
3. Stone's throw about 10 mins slow walk to Aeon Mall, Hongu Sengan Taisha temple with a nice view of Mount Fuji, Fuji Heritage Centre is just behind, Drugstore is also a short walk away

Cons:

Nothing at all! Keep it up and we highly recommend this place to explore Fujinomiya and even a 1.2 hours drive to Lake Kawaguchiko.

簡直是日式住宿體驗的頂端，裝潢設計很雅，所使用的商品都是自然護膚型，酒水小零食提供也超級多，服務人員非常友好熱情！

如果實在要說一點的話對於喜歡全黑睡眠的人可能會覺得稍微有一些透光的窗戶，但真的是吹毛求疵而已了。

空間もサービスも料理もどれもとても良かったです。特にスタッフのみなさんのホスピタリティがとても高く地域のことや料理のことを教えていただけたり、妻が体調を崩した際に、何も伝えてなかったにもかかわらず、お粥や白湯の用意をしていただけてとても助かりましたし、嬉しかったです。また絶対に伺おうと思います。

What an amazing stay! Wish it could have been longer!
Pros:

Amazing location, hosts were so friendly and welcoming. We really were able to relax and enjoy the facilities- the sauna, tub, shower, tatami relaxation room, everything was really perfect. The breakfast was so fresh and yummy! The included snacks and drinks were great and the personal touches were so special, including a sweet birthday surprise for me! If we find ourselves in Fujinomiya again we will 100% choose to stay here! THANK YOU to our incredible hosts for making this a special stay!

Luxurious location for exploring Mt Fuji area, and right next-door to Mt Fuji World Heritage Center
Pros:

All of the meals we had at MUKUtensha were delicious. We especially loved the dinner prepared for us on Christmas Eve- Japanese Hotpot. All the staff were lovely and so helpful during our time there. They helped us out with the bicycles provided for guests. The location was amazing and we were able to walk to dinner and shopping. Having the sauna was perfect for warming up on cold, rainy day! Massive parking area even though we only had one car.
