food was delicious, just some improvement for the pre-occupancy steps
Pros:

staffs were polite and do not look inside the room when room service was done. which prove professionalism

Cons:

the internet and electricity gets interrupted once or two per day, you have to call the staffs for them to be notified. But the staffs do react quickly, which is good to have.
The TV needs to be checked and heater prior to occupancy.

BREAKFAST WAS NOT COMPLIMENTRY

Cons:

1.1AC WAS NOT WORKING IT IS CONTROLLED FROM OUT SIDE. THERE WAS NO SCOPE OF REDUCING THE TEMP. . IF YOU REDUCE THE TEMP. THEM AUTOMATICALLY IT WOULD SHIFT TO 28 NO COOLING.

2.SIMILARLY GYSER WAS CONTROLLED FROM OUTSIDE THE ROOM , ONLY ONCE YOU CAN GET WARM WATER.

3.TV WAS NOT WORKING .
4. I LEFT MY CHARGER IN THE HOTEL ROOM , THEN I CALLED HOTEL TO CHECK , THEY REPLIED THEY HAVE NOT FOUND ANY CHARGER THERE (IT MIGHT STOLEN BY THEIR STAFF)
