Close proximity to the station, light and airy
Our room was very small, was ok for one night but wouldn’t have wanted to stay in it for longer

Local to Kings cross station. Very welcoming staff and amenities were available on request. The air con was great as the days were hot.
Very tight and small room for two adults no place to move, same with the toilet and shower. Luggage was under the bed but it was full of dust and we weren't able to get ready comfortably as a result. It's fine for a single person or short stay but would not recommend for longer stays or couples.
Last minute stop over due to a cancelled train, very reasonably priced.

My train was cancelled and needed a last minute overnight near King’s Cross. I was expecting a basic maybe not so clean place for the price but was immaculately clean, modern and quiet. Very small but comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Ask for quiet room downstairs so youre not facing the road. I work for LNER and wudnt hesitate to recommend the hotel for tourists looking for a cheap clean hotel 2 mins walk from king cross/st Pancras 😀
Very small room but I’m tall and they did have bigger rooms at an extra cost
Reception People were lovely. For a budget room it was very good size. Very clean and modern and a great location.
We were in the basement in the room that is next to the housekeeping store. The hallway was tiled and very echo-y, and the doors had no sound proofing. Usually not an issue but when housekeeping start cleaning at 7am, rolling hoovers, banging around and loading cleaning trollies at 7am, it really wakes you up.
Better soundproofing is required in the basement rooms and the doors.
Close to King’s Cross station
Our room had a skylight with no blind, so when the sun rose at 5:20am, the entire room was flooded with light.
The room was absolutely spotless, a delight to stay in. For a solo traveller this is a really nice stay. Typically small London room, tea and coffee (check the window area for now plug sockets), small bathroom with one of the best showers I've ever had. There is a desk and WiFi, enough space to hang clothes for 1-2 days. Plenty of pillows to choose from, the bed was comfy and it had air-conditioning.
The hotel is conveniently close to the station and tube links, plenty of good food options nearby (I tried Casa Tua) and very close to Little Venice.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I had a really comfortable stay and will definitely stay again.
Only a minor suggestion - there was some noise in the corridor as well as lights that would switch on and leak through the door. Both could be slightly reduced by the addition of a draft or acoustic seal around the door frame.
This was not really a problem and ear plugs are supplied.

A nice place, room was tiny but perfect fur what I needed and comfortable and very clean Reception was friendly and close to Kings Cross station was an ideal location for me. Great little place!
Just having to go down to reception for a hairdryer!
It was clean and easy to find
Room was hot and though it Aircon to cool it this made it noisy. I think it was expensive but perhaps location near to Kings Cross was the reason
