Extremely noisy, no toilet in the reception, very very small room for the price

Very small, not very clean in the corridors. The main issue was noise - it is very poorly insulated so you hear the hallway and the other rooms. On top I had a window that had 9 (!) airco units just outside which was like sleeping (or trying to) next to a jet engine. I asked for another room and was offered earplugs instead …

Tiny rooms , road noise was terrible , bathroom way too small and shower door leaked onto the floor .

room was tiny, felt like we were stuck in a basement. no windows felt claustrophobic.
light switch kept falling off the wall. air con machine was loud. bathroom light kept randomly turning on throughout the night. walls were thin so could hear people in hallways. sink too close to toilet. shower was small.

Room very small

Entiendo que se quiera aprovechar y rentabilizar el espacio, pero el tamaño de la habitación no debería ser legal. Nos hospedamos dos personas, de peso y complexión normal, y teníamos que organizarnos para movernos en la habitación. En el baño, muchas personas, sin obesidad, no podrían entrar.
La maleta tienes que ponerla debajo de la cama, que está suspendida con ese fin, con lo que, para entrar en la cama, mo es muy cómodo.
Tienen habitaciones de las mismas características en las plantas -1, y -2, con lo cual la sensación claustrofóbica es enorme. Inicialmente nos ubicaron en una habitación en la planta -2 y dada las características de la habitación y ubicación solicitamos que nos cambiaran y nos cambiaron a una habitación en la planta 3, que por lo menos tiene una ventana.

Las zonas comunes, pasillo de la planta, o al menos de la planta 3, necesita una limpieza más profunda que la que tiene.

Por lo que ofrecen, que solo es la recepción, en la que no siempre hay personal, el precio es excesivo.

Going through the front entrance on a side street location on my own I was apprehensive at first. However, the welcome from staff at reception was good and reassuring. Single room was located on the lower ground floor at busy street level was noisy but tolerable. The noisy location was explained at check-in and I was offered ear plugs. The quality of the room made up for it.

A bit noisy from the street, double glazing would help.

The elevator doesn't go to our room,. The room was filthy, bed wasn't clean, shoe marks on the walls, window had no view and couldn't be opened. They only gave us one key even though we are 2 guests. The ac made loud noises... over all such a disappointment. They never released the deposit amount even though they claim they did, even after a month's time.

A room no bigger than a shoe box and the air handling droned all night because it was underground. Didn't think it was value for money. Thankfully only there for one night. To be fair it was clean and the staff were friendly enough.

The room 9m² was very small. Most of the space was taken up by the bed. But ultimately, value for money given the location.

A little noisy and a rattling window disturbed sleep .
