I would stay there again it was a decent place for sure
Pros:

Breakfast was small but pretty good and right at 7am

Cons:

I made this reservation and then cancelled it a few hours later. Two days later the hotel tells me I need to cancel it 48 hours before my stay?! I have been charged for a start I didn't do. Ridiculous. I'm sure they used my room and got paid twice since there was a big sporting event there.

Cons:

They have a $100 hidden fee at the door but it’s not listed in the policies online, what is listed is the no refund policy. Kind of backwards.

location to my event was great however basic standards provided by all hotels were missing

the location of the hotel to the event I was attending was perfect

Cons:

I did to like the following: the INN did not have an elevator, no clock in room, telephone had no dial tone nor was the numbers to reach front desk listed on the phone, the TV was not working upon check-in/arrival and stopped working the night before checkout at 9pm, staff did not wear identifying uniforms, the breakfast was awful; only had 1 fruit, the biscuits tasted bad as well the sausage patties which appeared to have been made in a lab tasted bad, there was a lack of individual juice drinks, only 1 waffle machine (poor quality/cheap waffle machine) was available which was not bolted down, the room did not have extra blanket, room deodorizer did not have a pleasing smell, bath towels were hard to come by and only 2 pillows were on bed.
