Beyond solid. Not luxury, but would stay again.
Pros:

The girl who works there was so sweet! Always spoke when seen. Great price. Clean bathrooms(love the set up, though the provided towels could be better.. not dirty or anything bad per se, just odd choice in type of towels lol). Good location.. amazing traditional ramen spot(small, locally owned) around the corner. 7-eleven less than a 6 minute easy walk. Couple bars in the area as well, but I hiiighly recommend the bar called ‘Boo’!!! Didn’t get the bartenders name, but he’s great. So fun & hospitable! It was only us two +him as we went after 12am on a Monday. He brought out the mics once he seen we were into the music & let us have our own karaoke concert, that I couldn’t help notice he quite enjoyed himself too, haha.
I didn’t think we could see Mt. Fuji from our room(thought we were on a side facing away) but we could actually see it SO perfect & clear, it was beautiful first thing in the AM & just got better progressively. That said, you’ll feel much closer than you *actually* are lol. A car is definitely ideal if you want to get as close as possible. But the trek towards it is nice! Such beauty. Great exercise for however long you choose to walk & sightsee on the way.

Cons:

The thin walls/doors. I could hear anytime someone closed or sometimes opened their door and often times people talking in the halls. Wasn’t super audible, but def could hear ppl. No breakfast, that would’ve been nice. Also, can’t say w/100% certainty but I believe it’s only a washing machine for use… clothing has to be hung dry, which they seem to have a dedicated area with drying lines outside sliding doors across from the washing room.

Bon hôtel mais aucune insonorisation
Pros:

L'hôtel était bien situé à proximité d'une petite gare, la salle de bain était très grande avec douche et baignoire. Les lits étaient plutôt confortables et la climatisation était silencieuse. Le rapport qualité prix est bon.

Surtout, on avait vue sur le Mont Fuji !!

Cons:

L'hôtel n'a aucune isolation ! On entendait les voisins ronfler et les conversations des couloirs. Si vous ne supportez pas le bruit et qu'il ne reste que cet hôtel de disponible, prenez des bouchons anti bruit !

ที่พักดูดี แยกห้องอ◌าบน้ำและห้องส้วม อ่างน้ำสูงพอจะแช่น้ำ มีไดร์ มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ ดีมากๆ

部屋はカビ臭く、ユニットバス、トイレ　洗面台垢、クロカビ　エアコン臭い　ヤバいですよ。　今回ファミリーで宿泊しましたが残念じゃなく無理でした。
