高くて汚い
Pros:

お風呂が大きくて良かった。

Cons:

値段表示がわかりにくい
サービス料、税別で表示してあるので
一見安く見えるが、実は他所より高かった
きちんと確認しなかった自分が悪いのはわかるが、キャンセルも出来ないので騙された感がある。
フロントも外国人しかいないので言葉が通じず困る。
掃除があまり行き届いてなかった。

対応が不誠実で不快
Pros:

値段が安かったこと

Cons:

チェックインのコード送られて来るのが当日の20時だったこと。
マウンテンビューと記載あったのにマウンテンビューではない部屋だった。
そのことを連絡するとマウンテンビューでは無いと開き直り、部屋を変更するなら4000円必要と言われた。
管理者側の落ち度なのに費用請求され、結局何も対応されなかった。
部屋はよかったが、正直もう泊まりたく無いです。

十分満足できます。
Pros:

宿泊費を考えると非常に良いと思います。
近くにウエルシアとコスモスがあるのは利便が高いです。

Cons:

部屋に電子レンジが欲しいのと耐熱コップも欲しかったです。

連泊で期待していたのに残念！
Pros:

ベッドの硬さ軟らかくなっていたので寝やすかった。

Cons:

まずは鍵が開けづらかった。
内側から鍵がかかっているか分かりづらい。
トイレの便器の中が真っ黒だった。
お風呂のカーテンが汚く浴槽の底も汚かった。

Pros:

メールで質問に答えてくれる。

Cons:

ちゃんとシーツ交換、まくら交換をしているのか不安になるくらい、ベットが汗臭い匂いがした。全体的に清掃不足。音が丸聞こえ。洗濯機、乾燥機があったが、乾燥機が壊れていた。近くにコインランドリーがないのか難点。30分くらい歩けばある。

ココにして良かった。

連泊中は荷物もそのまま出来たし
