Pros:

Very good breakfast and excellent, comfortable rooms. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this place.

Pros:

Excellent location 5 minutes away from the centre of town. Absolute value for money. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous. A la carte menu had some of the tastiest dishes I've had so far and at very economical prices. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Recommend 100%!

Cons:

No complaints. Everything was perfect!

Very good.
Pros:

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable. The room was large and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even packed us some food as we were leaving on an early bus.

Cons:

The curtains in the room could do with a bit of repair.

Fantastic experience
Pros:

I stayed at the Heritage hotel in Badulla for a night and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff greeted me warmly with refreshing drinks and cake, making feel right at home, while the room was clean, spacious, and equipped with hot showers, AC, and tea facilities—ideal for unwinding after local sightseeing. Meals like dinner and breakfast buffets were fresh, tasty, and great value, and the team was super helpful with transport tips and parking. Overall, excellent for families.I’ll definitely return.

Pros:

Best property from our stay in Sri Lanka. Very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Great restaurant, food and service. All staff were super friendly and always asked if everything is okay and helped if there was a problem.
For example: we didn’t had warm water at first but after we told the staff, it had been fixed like in no time.
The room was clean and beautiful.
Breakfast: best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka - it was delicious!
Highly recommend..! Thank you for everything..🙏

A wonderful experience with great hospitality and attentive service throughout our stay. Also a pleasant and comfortable stay with excellent service. Very nice hotel, with extremely friendly staff. (The staff are without doubt the jewel in the crown.)

Schimmel !!
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und hat uns auf Nachfrage ein Zimmerupgrade gegeben.

Cons:

Das Upgrade war aber notwendig, da das erste Zimmer komplett schimmelig war. Nicht nur im Bad war der schwarze Schimmel überall, sondern auch im Schlafbereich. Der Gestank des Schimmels war kaum auszuhalten. Man konnte auch nicht lüften. Im „besseren“ Zimmer war der Schimmel im Schlafbereich zwar auszuhalten, aber der muffige Geruch blieb. Vom Bad darf man gar nicht erst anfangen. Man konnte auch nicht lüften, da der Balkon von Glasscheiben eingebaut ist.
2 Sterne gibt es nur wegen dem Frühstück und dem Personal.
Ansonsten, nicht mal mehr für eine Nacht würde ich dort schlafen.

Für die eine Nacht wurden wir sehr nett behandelt. Die Nacht und das Haus waren ruhig gelegen.
Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, das war sehr ok.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.
Das Frühstück war wie angefragt pünktlich bereit.

Cons:

Leider gibt es keine (günstige) Möglichkeit für die Unterkunft für Fahrer, das wäre sehr hilfreich.

Pros:

A nice place to stay and Great value for money. The breakfast was delicious according to our requirements and the hot water was perfect for bathing. The staffs were very helpful, they helped us with luggage. There were sockets next to the bed for charging. The arranged transportation from the hotel to the train station and sent me my luggage to the train station. Overall everything is perfect!😍
