MR.Kien war einfach super!
Pros:

Ich habe 2 Nächte in dem Hostel verbracht. Alles war super: es ist sauber, die Aussicht ist Top, entspannte Dachterrasse und super freundliches Personal.
Ich habe dort eine Tour durch die Halong Bucht gebucht, die Vermittlung und der Transport zum Pier haben reibungslos geklappt.
MR.Kien, der netteste Hostelmitarbeiter auf meiner Vietnam Reise, hat sich um alles gekümmert und immer geschaut dass es mir gut geht, lokale Restaurants empfohlen und für mich die Tour organisiert.
Wenn ich mich mal wieder in der Gegend befinde, komme ich auf jeden Fall in das Hostel.
PS: kostenloser Motorroller Parkplatz auch vorhanden.

Joli charmant hôtel
Pros:

Nous avons adoré ce charmant hôtel bien situé sur la coline. Tout est propre, fonctionnel. L'accueil chaleureux du personnel a été agréable après des heures de route. Ils sont discrets et souriants. Même la cuisinière été très chouette avec nous . Les petits déjeuners sont riches et bons. On a même de l'eau filtrée à notre disposition. Moins de déchets plastiques à la mer 🥰

Grand merci à Mr . Kiên. Il a été arrangeant, sociable et très professionnel. Il nous a bien conseillées , assistées.

Nous recommandons vivement Eco by May5 hôtel.

Nice Homestay with friendly staff but location isn’t worth more than a night or two.
Pros:

Nice social areas and the pool was nice to cool off. There were cards and games to play which was nice and the room was decent.

Cons:

Not the fault of the property but a beach club nearby blasts music every night which was annoying when trying to sleep and chill - ruined the chill vibe of the homestay. Also blinds in the room are on a wonky branch making it hard to cover the full window. Laundry was quite expensive and we did struggle to check in early morning even after asking before.

Pros:

Le personnel à la réception était sympa et était près à trouver des solutions lorsque les choses étaient compliquées.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner sans boisson j'ai trouvé cela pas très professionnel et pas beaucoup de choix au menu. L'équipe de nettoyage 0/10, je ne comprends pas comment on ne peut pas nettoyer une chambre en profondeur ! (poussière, cafards mort dernière les meubles c'est ahurissants. L’hygiène est une chose que tout le monde ne tolère pas. Depuis les chambres privées ont entend toutes les conversations dans le couloir et le hall d'entrée (clients, réception..)

La ciudad de Ha Long no presenta ningún atractivo.
Pros:

El personal te ofrece actividades por la zona y las puedes contratar desde el propio alojamiento, aunque eran caras.

Cons:

En general, la ciudad de Ha Long no presenta ningún atractivo. Buscaría alojamientos fuera de esta zona (isla de Cat Ba o Quang Ninh si buscas algo por este sitio)

Pros:

The room was very nice and had a lovely balcony. The swimming pool was great, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Kien for his kindness and excellent service. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.

Đầu tiên, tôi bị chuyển chỗ ngồi mà không hề được báo trước. Khi tôi đến, chỗ ngồi của tôi đã có người chiếm. Như tôi đã nói, bộ sạc của tôi vẫn ở đó. Họ thuyết phục tôi rằng chỗ ngồi của tôi sẽ không bị chiếm, nhưng,Khi tôi đến vào buổi tối thì chỗ đó đã có người ở rồi.Thứ hai, nhân viên nhà bếp của quý khách không mấy lịch sự với khách, và thứ ba, không ai trả lại bộ sạc điện thoại cho tôi.
