A peaceful and beautiful stay with an amazing view and warm hospitality.

I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful forest and sea view. The property feels very natural and relaxing, perfect for escaping the busy city. The space is clean, cozy, and well designed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing major to complain about. Everything met my expectations and I had a comfortable stay.

Pros:

First things first, we were able to check in at 5AM after a long bus ride from Ha Giang. Travelers and backpackers can appreciate that extremely. Staff was friendly and beyond helpful with all questions and requests. Information for tours, motor bikes and laundry, etc. Rooms were clean and beds were exceptional. We would stay again!

Friendly staff, good place to meet other tourists, nice friendly vibes. Some offers for a tour and bus etc. Nice place to stay

Cons:

Maybe matress should be changed already. Mine was little bit uncomfortable and used too much. But for a few nights it is ok.

Pros:

We liked this hotel so much that we ended up staying for a fortnight! It's on a quiet street, a bit removed from the tourist spots, but you can walk there in 10 minutes. The concierges and the maid all performed their duties admirably. They treated us like kings! Thank you!

The hotel is beautiful, with nice and good facilities, and the staff are attentive, polite, and friendly. In particular, Ms. Nga at the reception desk was very thoughtful and enthusiastic in providing guidance.
