The room was small and comfortable and had everything that I needed.

Well equipped room and bathroom. Efficient radiator.which heated up quickly. Good value for money. Plentiful supply of tea and coffee and a carton of fresh milk in the fridge..Good wi fi connection. Short walk from property to main road for public transport. In a quiet residential area.
Hot tap in sink in bathroom was very low water pressure and did not give hot water. Had to boil up kettle to have warm water to wash dishes. No instructions for microwave but managed to work out by trial and error. Couldn't get a TV signal but that may have been due to the weather conditions.
Property was nice and clean. Peaceful environment. Owner kind and understanding and let me check early without any extra charge.
Check in time should be 10–12pm. So people who work can get in early.
There was a friendly welcome and there was everything you needed for your stay.
Unfortunately there was a dog barking a lot but I'm sure that doesn't happen all the time.
Location was quiet in a good area.
No breakfast, I bought my own food.
Ideal for one person and I was very happy there.

Uncomfortable bed. Every sound in the building appears to be amplified.
Excellent place. Comfortable. Microwave wasnt working but replaced pretty much straight away. This room had all the facilities i needed. Quiet place also.
Shower didnt have much power so showering wasnt great.
Everything was clean and the facilities were exceptional.
The only thing that let it down was the shower the water flow was very poor which made it awkward to shower.
