Actual name of property is Anant Villa, totally misguiding on part of hotel as well as booking.com
Pros:

Its near to Mahakaleswar Temple.

Cons:

The property name appearing on Booking.com doesn't match with the actual name of the Property. Few people were refused the booking once they reached the property at around 11.PM on pretext that that the property name must be different, and they she should look into nearby hotels. The payment was insisted to be taken in cash or UPI. Cards were not accepted. As far as amenities is concerned bed sheets look shabby, water suddenly stopped in washroom, washroom jet was lying on floor with no place to mount it.
Water bottle was not supplied in room, when asked for, additional charges were taken. There is no catering service in the hotel not even tea.

Very very basic and dirty. I did not stay after seeing it.
Pros:

Very basic room. I got persuaded to book it based on the very high rating. But it was very very basic, dirty and I did not stay there.
