We only like cleanliness

Cons:

1.When we booked on booking.com our hotel address was vijay near but the actual hotel at Gandhi nagar....
First disappointed

2.at time of check in only takes full.payment...
That was worst to worst and pathetic...ever experience....
Second disappointed

3.after check in the twins bed provided as when we booked was mentioned Double or Twins...

Again disappointed

4.lift was not working and still provided room on 4Th floor
Again again disappointed

5.After all the bad experiences ,the toilet seat cover was flipping on the body .

Then they changed room on the ground floor .


Before we could start our journey from Mumbai.
Ask me to send room pics ,but couldn't send by owner.

The number on booking.com that person is very rude and irresponsible...
The whole stay was like nite mare

The staff at this hotel were truly outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service.
