Guest was injured by something in carpet, and WE had to vaccuum and search for what possibly did it.
Cons:

Staff and management were uninterested and unhelpful in resolving the many issues we had at this property.

Nice pool, big rooms and good breakfast.
Pros:

Nice pool. Good breakfast. Big room. All day coffee and fruits.

Cons:

A/C too noisy. Sofa too hard. Towels were changed every other day, but beds weren’t changed at all.

Pros:

Most of the people were helpful, breakfast was good, room was ok.

Cons:

There was a mildew smell coming from under the sink in room 304. It was causing me to have allergy symptoms. All they did was let us move rooms, did not offer anything for the inconvenience and then they had another family stay there RIGHT after we moved rooms!

I will complain at Hilton Owner because they are oart of it because my wife is one of the Hilton Own

The receptionist was trying to help because our rooms were dirty

Cons:

Hotel policy was so bad, housekeeping very terrible, roors were dirty, plus I wasn't be able to get joined rooms neither close, although I confirmed that August 2 and August 9 after all of that rooms were sold , in such cases the hotel provides grandsuit or the best but not loos a customer, if someone like me add 13 bad reviews with explanation what do you think it gonna happen

Friendly service from the beginning to end. Breakfast had a variety to choose from too.
Pros:

Friendly staff and cleanness.

Cons:

Need more luggage carts, I had another customer watching me load my vehicle the whole time complaining.

Very pleased & would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Great location for the Cherry Festival when utilizing the free shuttle service. Close to restaurants.

Cons:

Could only make right hand turns out of the parking lot.
