Overall, nice place to stay with convenience to Traverse City
Pros:

The room was very clean and so were the common areas

Cons:

The phone in our room did not work and they did not attach my Hilton honors to my stay until I called the front desk

Great place and reasonably priced. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hit water for showers.

The breakfast and pool where great

Cons:

The room we stayed in 208. The thermostat didnt work. We told the front desk person our first night and she said they would move us Saturday. No one every said a thing about. We had 5 people in the room so never got cold but it would have been nice if Saturday they would have sent a maintenance man to change the batteries in the thermostat or atleast check in to see if we were warm enough.
