Cons:

Klimaanlage wird zentral gesteuert, extrem heiss in Zimmer, Fenster gehen schwer zu und auf, frühstück eine Zumutung

- modern clean hotel
- breakfast is really nice
- Venice centre is either 15 min walking or you can walk to the people mover carriage which is like 3 maybe 5 minutes walk, the ride cost 1.5 euro, two stops you are in the centre, runs every 10 minutes, so location of the hotel is really good
- hotel offers car park for 29 euros for 24 hours (same price as the car park which is just a short walking distance away)
- really quiet at night
- staff is lovely

Super fijn hotel op perfecte locatie!
Pros:

Perfecte locatie: op 20 minuten rijden van de luchthaven met een taxi of, indien met de auto parkeren in de car park tegenover het hotel. Nieuw, modern en mooi ingericht hotel, 2 liften aanwezig. Kamers helemaal prima: badkamer met schuifdeur met ruime douche, wastafel en toilet. TV met mogelijkheid tot streamen, open wandkledingrek met onderop ruimte voor twee handbagage koffers die je horizontaal kunt neerleggen. Er is een ruime koelkast aanwezig. Prima geslapen. Lekker ontbijtbuffet, genoeg variatie. In de lobby staat een grote koelkast met drankjes, die zijn prima geprijst. Op 3 minuten lopen van de 'people mover' (onbemand treintje) die je in 2 haltes naar het begin van Venezie brengt, OF 3 minuten lopen van de Vaporetto, de waterbus die overal heen vaart. Kortom, een perfect verblijf!

Cons:

Wij sliepen aan de voorzijde/weg voor het hotel en hadden 's nachts het raam open (van oktober tm april kan de airco nog niet aan, aldus de receptie). Het is een rustige buurt maar vanaf 5.00u rijden er bestelbusjes en vrachtwagentjes langs voor leveringen. Met het raam open gaf dit wel geluidsoverlast. Een kamer aan de waterzijde heeft hier minder last van. Er staat geen waterkoker in de kamer. Drankjes uit de lobby koelkast dien je af te rekenen bij de receptie, dat is onhandig met in- en uitchecken van andere gasten: je staat soms lang te wachten.
