Excellent location, great communication, and fantastic value for money.
Pros:

Location was excellent, in a neighbourhood that had just the right balance of restaurants, convenience stores, and life yet still being relaxed and safe. Lawsons right next door, gourmet supermarket opposite sir of the road plus another family mart and 7-Eleven just a few steps away made everything easier, especially with teenage kids wanting to explore. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Beds were quite firm, but this was expected being Japan. Be aware of having to navigate a narrow staircase up 2 floors with your suitcases. Was fine for us but important to know.

Simple, comfortable studio apartment an easy walk from Ikebukuro centre
Pros:

Comfortable beds, superb shower, easy to use heating/cooling, good washing machine and easy to dry things in the bathroom with the extractor on.. A good size for two people, would be a bit cosy for three adults though!

Cons:

The apartment's staircase is quite narrow for carrying suitcases up to F3 from the street, though we appreciate that's not something that anyone can do anything about! Would have liked a few more utensils and things to aid cooking a simple meal. A couple of glasses as well as the provided mugs would also be good. These are minor quibbles, we had a comfortable stay all in all.

CP值非常高的住宿地點
Pros:

1. 地理位置超好，樓下巷口出去右手邊就是Lawson，走不久有兩間超市（LIFE很好逛）；巷口出去左手邊走不久後就有全家、7-11，走路到要町站3分鐘，到池袋站10分鐘，我們不喜歡住在太複雜的地方，這裡很單純，也很安靜。位置也很好找，自己check in也方便。
2. 衛浴內的水量超大，放浴缸水也很快
3. 枕頭與床的軟硬度很適合我們
4. 廚房的器具齊全，簡易廚房使用起來很好

Cons:

樓梯稍微狹窄了些（在日本許多住家即是如此），但住宿前就已經透過評論知道才下訂，因此不會因為這樣就扣分

Pros:

Compact studio flat, but sufficient for all needs. Good bathroom, washer dryer. Kitchen was good - could do with glasses for drinks (wine not great out of mugs), but I am being very picky, it was a good place to stay for access to the sights of Tokyo.

Perfecto para pareja en Tokio
Pros:

Su ubicación es espectacular, tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar al lado y la conexión al centro es muy rápida.

Cons:

Nada, de tamaño es pequeño como la mayoría de los alojamientos en Japón pero sabía de sobra a donde iba.

Clean and nice building
Pros:

The room was clean and has spacious bath room. Enough space for 3 people but cannot open all suitcases in the same time. Quite close too Metro but a bit far from Ikebukuro (15 min walk)

Cons:

There is no elevator and the rooms are on the 3rd floor so we needed to carry our suitcases up and the stairs are small and narrow so it was quite tough. Not recommend for elderly or people with large baggage.

Superb
Pros:

The apartment overall was very clean. Sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. Even though the place was small, there was enough space for 3 people in one room and our luggage. The toilet was pretty spacious with a small bath tub and has a function to dry clothes. I also like that there is a washing machine (easy to use). Good location as well with nice places to eat around some that are open 24h and 3 convenience stores within walking distance.
