Experiencia mixta en un hotel nuevo y bonito

Recientemente me hospedé en este hotel nuevo y bonito, ubicado en una excelente zona de la ciudad. Aunque la estructura es moderna y atractiva, lamentablemente mi experiencia se vio afectada por algunos problemas significativos.

La habitación era muy pequeña, lo que fue un poco decepcionante considerando el precio cobrado. Además, la ventana no tenía cortinas eficaces para bloquear la luz, lo que hizo que la habitación estuviera muy iluminada durante el día y la noche, dificultando mi sueño.

Pero lo que más me decepcionó fue la falta de servicio y infraestructura. No había recepción los domingos y durante la noche, lo que fue un problema cuando necesité asistencia. Además, el baño se bloqueó por dentro y no tuvimos acceso a él. La caja fuerte no permitía cambiar la contraseña y solo recibimos una llave. La TV no funcionaba debido a la falta de conexión Wi-Fi.

Otro punto negativo fue la falta de desayuno en el hotel, lo que considero esencial en cualquier establecimiento de hospedaje. Ni siquiera había una cafetera en la habitación, lo que fue un gran inconveniente para mí.

Considerando estos problemas y el precio cobrado, siento que la relación calidad-precio no vale la pena. Aunque el hotel es nuevo y bien ubicado, los problemas de infraestructura y servicio necesitan ser resueltos para justificar el precio.
