Not satisfied at all with the amenities and maintenance of the rooms, not worth the money spent

Breakfast & food was decent. Staff were friendly

Cons:

Room offered was very small. No free upgrade was offered as was mentioned in Booking.com e mail confirmation. Maintenance of the room and facilities were poor and not worthy of the amount of money spent by me. The lift was not functioning properly and compenents within the lift was seen hanging loose. Hot was was not available immediately on opening the taps. A lot of cold water was required to be drained out before hot water came out of the bathroom taps which is against the environmental norms. Refrigerator was not working, window latches were missing, WC toilet seat was loose, power sockets were not working.

Utter disappointment

We didn't like anything. It's a pure waste of money. In booking.com, they showed as Saltstayz Thyme, but it is Saltstayz Select in real which had a very poor review. Every amenities looked too old and damaged. The bathroom was an utter disappointment. When I turned on the hot water, water with black color came with sewage smell. Then smell was spread to the entire room. When complained, the staff told they will fix in 2 hours. It was 9pm already and we were back from a Delhi sight seeing trip the whole day and really tired. Then it did not solve in estimated time and we had to heat the water in the kettle and take bath. The kettle also was broken. Then I claimed for a refund and I was planning to book another hotel for the next day. The staff told that refund is not possible and I have to get in touch with booking.com. on the next day after our trip, the water came in yellow color. The same things happened again like complaining, the staff telling they will fix it. So on the second day also we had to manage with the kettle water. In the third night, the water color was ok, but still no hot water..

The closets were also not properly fixed and when we sit on it is used to shake.

The water flow in the was basin and bidet was too low and was had to fetch water in mug and use it.

Upon complaining all these, the staff were nit at all supportive and friendly. They were rather rude..

Booking.com must remove these kinds of properties from the listing itself. You can see a lot of negative reviews about this property in Google. Then why should you keep this?

Overall our Delhi trip got spoiled only because of this stay. I would like to request atleast a half refund for all these disappointing experiences.

Property need to revamp to come up with basic fwcilities

Big no for people who want to book this property to stay, not worth at all
Pros:

Nothing good about property, very dirty rooms , they provided with a room with stacked clothes in the cupboard, pillow cover was very dirty with yellow spots on it, no hot water for shower, repeat menu for breakfast every day, landline had all dust and was not working, staff had his own set of rules
